Myth : - Yeh acchi neend mein madad karta hain.

Fact :- Doodh mein Tryptophan naam ka Amino Acid hota hain. Kaha jata hain is Amino Acid ki wajah se neend badhti hain. Lekin is baat ki pushti kisi bhi research mein nahi hui hain ki doodh peene ke baad neend acchi aati hain. Sone se pahle garam doodh hame relax hone ka ahsaas jaroor dilate hain.

Myth :- Yeh motapa badhata hain. 

Fact :- Research batate hain ki sahi matra mein doodh wajan ghatane mein madad kar sakta hain. Jo doodh mein mauzood calcium tatvo ke karan se hota hain. Itna hi nahi isme mauzood protein aapki bhookh ko bhi control mein karta hain aur aapko pet bhare hone ka ahsaas hota hain. Aise mein aap kam khate hain.

Myth :- Organic, Non-organic se behtar hain. 

Fact :- Experts mante hain ki organic food products ka istemal sehat par asar nahi dalta hain. Isi tarah doodh ke mamle mein bhi hain. Organic aur Non-Organic dono tarah ke doodh Calcium, Riboflavin, Magnesium jaise jaroori nutrients ki matra barabar hi hoti hain.

Myth :- Patthari ki samsya ho sakti hain. 

Fact :- Agar bhojan mein Calcium ki matra sahi hain aur hum prayapt matra mein paani pee rahe hain toh kidney ya gall bladder mein patthari hone ki sambhavna bahut kam rahti hain. Jabki, Dietician din mein 2 baar calcium se bharpoor diet ko sharir ke liye accha mante hain.
