Anjeer khane ke 10 anmol fayde (Benefits  of Fig) :- Anjeer sardiyo mein sharir ke liye behad hi faydemand mani jati hain. Anjeer khane se sehat ko bahut jyada fayde hote hain. Yeh pet ki bimariyo ke liye ramban ki tarah kaam karta hain. Isme Iron hota hain, Jo Anaemia door karta hain. Anjeer mein Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Copper, Phosphorus, Sulphur aur Chlorine paya jata hain. Fresh Fig mein Vitamin A jyada hota hain. Jabki Vitamin B aur C normal hota hain. 

Aaiye jante hain Anjeer khane se hone wale 10 anmol fayde ke bare mein ;-

1. Anjeer jame huye cholesterol ko bahar nikaalta hain. Sharir mein sodium ki matra jyada aur Potassium ka level kam ho jane par hypertension ho jata hain. Vahi Anjeer mein kam sodium aur Potassium ki jyada matra payi jati hain. Jo hypertension ki samsya ko door karta hain.

2. Sookhe Anjeer ko ubaal kar baarik pees kar yadi gale ki gaanth par bandha jaye toh labh pahuchata hain.

3. Anjeer mein calcium bhi paya jata hain. Isliye yeh haddiyo ko majboot banata hain.

4. Purani se purani kabz Anjeer khane se door ho jati hain. Gas aur Acidity se bhi rahat milti hain. Aam kabz mein sookhe Anzeer ubaal kar sewan karne se subah dast saaf ho jati hain. Isse cough bahar hota hain.

5. Khoon ki kharabi mein sookhe anjeer ko doodh aur mishri ke saath lagatar ek hafte tak sewan karne se khoon se jude rog khatm ho jate hain. Diabetes mein dusre phalo ki tulna mein anjeer ka sewan vishesh labhkari hota hain. Kisi tarah ka bahari padarth agar pet mein chala jaye toh usay nikaalne ke liye Anjeer ka sewan karna upyogi hota hain.

 6. Pregnant women ke liye bhi yeh labhkari hain. Isse pregnancy period mein sharir mein Iron ki kami door hoti hain.

7. Anjeer kha kar doodh peene se sharir ko takat milti hain. Diabetes ke rogi ko bhi aisa karne se labh milta hain.

8. Sookhe Anjeer mein Omega-3 aur Phenols ke saath-saath Omega-6 fatty acids hote hain. Jo dil ko bimariyo se bachate hain.

9. Anjeer ko chote-chote tukdo mein kaat le, Cheeni ki chashni bana kar anjeer ke tukdo ko mila kar pak bana le. Usme Badam ki giri, Pista, Safed musali, Choti Elaichi, Keshar aadi mila kar rakhe. Ek hafte baad ise 15-20 gram ki matra mein rojana sewan kare. Anjeer ke is pak ko rojana khane se yaun shakti badhti hain aur sex kamjori door hoti hain.

10. Asthma ki bimari mein rojana sukhe anjeer ka upyog labh deta hain. Anjeer cough ko jamne se bhi rokta hain. Kisi bhi tarah ke bukhaar mein Anjeer ka sewan faydemand hota hain.
