tavcha ki rangat nikhaarne wale aahaar

Agar aap janna chahte hain ki tavcha ki rangat ko nikharne ke liye kya khana chahiye toh yeh post aapke bade hi kaam ki hain. Is post mein aap jannenge ki fair skin (gori tavcha) paane ke liye aapko apne aahaar mein kin cheezo ko istemal karna chahiye. 1. Strawberry :- Strawberry mein bharpoor matra mein Antioxidants paaye jate hain. Isliye ise apni diet mein shaamil karne se badhti umar ke asar ko roka ja sakta hain. Isme Vitamin C paya jata hain. Ise roj khane se chehre ki rangat gulabi ho jati hain.  

2. Tamatar :- Tamatar mein Protein, Vitamin, Fat aadi tatv mauzood rahte hain. Carbohydrate ki matra kam hoti hain. Iske alawa Tamatar khane se kai fayde hote hain. Tamatar mein Lycopene hota hain. Lycopene ko skin ke liye bahut hi accha mana jata hain. Rojana tamatar khane se wajan kam hota hain aur cancer se bhi bachaav hota hain.

3. Soyabean :- Soyabean ke har product mein Zinc aur Vitamin C paya jata hain. Soya se bani cheezo ko khane se acne aur skin se related dusri problems se nijaat milti hain. Ise aap apni diet mein jaroor shamil kare aur apni dull skin ko chamakdaar banaye.

4. Shimla Mirch :- Modern researches ke dwara yeh paya gya ki Shimla mein Beta Carotene, Luetin, Zeaxanthin aur Vitamin jaise important rasayan paye jate hain. Iske niyamit sewan karne se skin fair hoti hain.

5. Hari pattedaar sabziya :- Hari pattedar sabzi mein Vitamin, Poshak tatv aur Minerals bharpoor matra mein hote hain. Jyada hari pattedaar sabziya khane se skin fair banti hain.

6. Gajar :- Gajar ka sewan bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Gajar mein Vitamin C aur Carotene hota hain jo skin aur hair ke liye best hain. Sunder tavcha paane ke liye gajar ka juice rojana piye.

7. Green Tea :- Green tea sharir ke liye bahut hi faydemand maani jati hain. Isme bharpoor matra mein Anti-oxidants hote hain. Yeh sunburn ko theek kar skin se daag-dhabbo ko hata kar usay komal aur healthy banati hain.

8. Palak :- Palak mein Minerals jaise Calcium, Iron aur Vitamin A, B, C bharpoor matra mein paye jate hain. Isliye jyada palak khane se rangat mein nikhaar aata hain.

9. Papita :- Papita mein Vitamin C ke alawa Vitamin A, E aur Anti-oxidant hote hain, Jo skin se Acne aur daag-dhabbo ko mitate hain. Agar aap bhi apni rangat ko nikharna chahte hain toh aaj se hi Papita khana shuru kar dijiye.

10. Kiwi :- Kiwi mein Vitamin A, B12, Iron, Fiber ke saath hi Vitamin C bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain. Ise rojana khane se chehre ki rangat badalne lagti hain. Skin healthy ho jati hain. Agar chehre par daag-dhabbe ho toh Tazi Kiwi pees kar laga lene se daag saaf ho jate hain.

11. Broccoli :- Broccoli mein Vitamin C aur E jyada matra mein hote hain. Saath hi isme Anti-Oxidants bhi hote hain. Yeh kabz ko door karke skin ko glowing banati hain.

12. Chukander :- Chukandar mein Sodium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Chlorine, Iodine, Iron aur Vitamin aadi tatv paye jate hain. Iske sewan se skin pores khul jate hain. Blood circulation badhta hain. Roop nikharne lagta hain. Skin problems se chutkara paane ke liye Chukandar ka Juice rojana peena chahiye aur iska face pack lagana chahiye.
