Raw Onion Slices
Kaccha pyaaz bhi health ke liye faydemand hota hain. Khane mein Salad ke taur par khaya jane wala kaccha pyaaz hamari health ke liye bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Kacche pyaaz ko khane ke bade hi fayde hote hain. Raw Onion mein Sulfur aur jaroori Vitamins paye jate hain, Jo sharir se bimariyo ko door karne mein madad karte hain. Kacche pyaaz ko aap Sandwich, Salad ya phir chat aadi mein upar se daal kar bhi kha sakte hain. Agar aapko yeh darr hain ki kachcha pyaaz khane se aapke mooh mein badboo aayegi toh pyaaz khane ke baad apne daanto ko acchi tarah se brush karle. Kacche pyaaz ka salad khane ke fayde :-

1. Cholesterol kam kare :- Isme methyl sulphide aur Amino Acid hota hain, Jo kharaab cholesterol ko kam karke, Good cholesterol ko badhane mein madad karta hain.

2. Anemia sahi karta hain :- Aapne hamesha yehi dekha hoga ki jab hum pyaaz ko kaatate hain toh hamari aankho mein aansu aa jate hain, Aisa pyaaz mein mauzood sulfur ki wajah se hota hain, Jo naak ke jariye sharir mein daakhil ho jata hain. Is sulfur mein ek tel mauzood hota hain jo Anemia ko theek karne mein madadgar hota hain. Khana banate samay yeh sulfur jal jata hain, Isliye is sulfur ko agar aap pana chahte hain toh kaccha pyaaz aapko khana hi padega.

3. Gale ki kharaas ko door kare :- Agar aap sardi, cough aadi se joojh rahe hain toh taaze pyaaz ka ras pijiye. Isme aap Gud ya phri Shahad mila kar bhi aap pee sakte hain.

4. Dil ko rogo se bachaye :- Kaccha pyaaz high blood pressure ko normal karta hain aur band khoon ki dhamniyo ko kholta hain, Jisse dil ki bimari nahi hoti hain.

5. Kabz ko door karta hain :- Isme mauzood fiber pet ke ander chipke huye khane ko nikaalta hain, Jisse pet saaf ho jata hain, toh agar aapko kabz ki shikayat rahti hain toh kaccha pyaaz khana shuru kar dijiye.

6. Cancer cell ki growth ko roke ;- Pyaaz mein sulfur jyada matra mein paya jata hain. Sulfur pet, colon, breast, fefde aur prostat cancer se bachata hain. Saath hi yeh mutr se sambandhit problems ko bhi khatm karne mein madad karta hain.

7. Diabetes par control : - Agar aap kaccha pyaaz khate hain toh yeh body mein insulin paida karta hain, toh agar aap diabetes ke mareez hain toh ise salad ke roop mein khana shuru kar dijiye.

8. Bleeding ke problem ko door kare :- Naak se khoon bah raha hain toh kaccha pyaaz kaat kar soongh lijiye. Iske alawa agar aapko piles ki problem ho toh safed pyaaz khana shuru kar dijiye.
