Periods ke pain (Dard) ko door karne wale nuskhe.Ladies mein Periods har mahine mein hone wala ek natural process hain jo ki 4-5 din tak rahta hain. Is dauran mood swing hone ke saath hi pet mein jyada dard hone ki problem jyadatar mahilaon ke saath hoti  hain.   • Alovera :- Periods ke bhayankar dard se bachne ke liye ek hafte pahle rojana Aloe Vera Gel ko khana shuru kar dijiye.
  • Gajar :- Gajar na sirf aapke aankho ke liye acchi hoti hain, Balki yeh periods mein bhi madadgar saabit hoti hain. Is dauraan ek glass Gajar ka juice peene se aaram milta hain. 
  • Adrak :- Periods shuru hone se pahle Paani mein Adrak ko ubaale aur usme Shahad mila kar piye. Isse oos dauraan hone wale dard mein aaram milta hain. Din mein 2-3 baar iss nuskhe ka istemal kare. 
  • Khatti cheezo ko avoid kare :- Periods ke ek hafta pahle se hi Khatti aur thandi cheezo se parhez karna shuru kar de. Achaar aur masaledaar khane ko bhi avoid kare, Kyonki yeh dard ko badhaate hain. 
  • Tulsi ke patte :- Tulsi ke patte periods ke dard ko door karne mein bahut hi jyada faydemand hote hain. Tulsi ki pattiyo ko garam paani mein ubaal kar usme 1 teaspoon shahad mila kar din mein 3 baar lene se dard nahi hota hain. Iske alawa tulsi ke patto ko chabane se bhi dard se chutkara paya ja sakta hain. 
  • Namak khana kam kare :- Periods mein bloating hona aam baat hain. Lekin agar aap periods se kuch pahle se hi namak khana kam kar de toh dard ki problem kam ho jayegi. 
  • Papita :- Papite mein mauzood Anti-inflammatory tatv , dard mein aaram dilata hain. Iske alawa isme Carotene, Iron, Calcium aur Vitamin A jaise Nutrients bhi mauzood hote hain, jo blood clotting nahi hone dete hain, saath hi muscles contraction ko bhi rokte hain. 
  • Lavender Oil :- Apne pet ke paas Lavender Oil lagane se pet dard aur ainthan se 10-15 minutes mein hi aaram mil jata hain.

  • Ajwain :- Kitchen mein mauzood Ajwain in dino ko bahut hi asaan bana sakti hain. Ek cup garam paani kijiye. Isme 1 chammach Ajwain daal kar ubalne de. Lag-bhag 5 minutes boil karne ke baad, ise chhankar pee le. Agar aap ubaalna nahi chahte toh , aadhaa chammach Ajwain mooh mein daal kar gunguna paani pee le. Bhooni huyi Ajwain ek cup garam doodh ke saath lene se bhi rahat milegi. 
  • Doodh :- OOn dino ke dard se bachne ke liye garam doodh peena faydemand rahta hain. Doodh mein thodi si Khaskhas mila kar piye.
  • Pineapple :- Ananas mein Bromelain jo ki Protein-Digestive enzyme ka mixture hain mauzood hota hain, Jo dard mein aaram dilata hain. Sirf Periods hi nahi yeh jodo ke dard mein bhi kargar dawaa hain. 
  • Dalchini :- Dalchini ek aisa masala hain jo minerals ka khazana hain. Jo periods ke dauraan hone wale dard se rahat dilata hain. Iske liye Dalchini powder ko Shahad ke istemal kare.
