Agar aapko coffee peene se apach, seerdard ya sone mein koi problem ho to bina soche chaai ki aor rookh kare.

10. Cancer se bachaye :- Chai cancer se hame bachaati hain, kyonki isme Polyphenols aur  Anti-Oxidants mila hota hain. Jo cancer se ladne mein bahut madad karte hain.
