Pregnancy mein Amrood
Pregnancy mein kya Amrood khana sahi hain aur kya yeh safe hain ? Amrood ko tamam guno ka khazana mana jata hain. Isme Folate ki acchi matra hain, Jisse yeh mahilaon ki fertility ko badhata hain. Maa banane ki chahat rakhne wali mahilaon ko amrood ko jaroor khana chahiye.

2) Kabz se rahat milti hain :- Amrood mein bharpoor matra mein fiber paya jata hain, Jisse anto par dabaav banta hain aur mal tyagne mein asaani hoti hain. Roj ek Amrood khane se kabz theek rahta hain.

9) Pachan mein faydemand :- Garbhavati mahilaon ko aksar pet ki kharabi aur acidity se preshan dekha gya hain. Isliye pregnancy ke shuruvat mein Amrood khaye, isse pachan ki prakriya acchi hogi aur acidity se bhi aaram milega.

10) Blood sugar level :- Garbhavshta ke dauran Diabetes khatranaak sabit ho sakti hain, Yeh Pregnancy ya delivery ke time preshani paida kar sakti hain. Roj ek Amrood khane se Blood sugar level control mein rahta hain aur yeh diabetes se bachata hain.
