Agar aap meethe ke saukeen hain toh sookhe Amle ko shakkar mein paka kar aur agar aap namkeen khana pasand karte hain to namak-zeere ke saath Amle ki goliya bana kar roj khaye. Aisa karne se weight kam hota hain. Daily Subah-subah Amle ka murabba khane se sharir ko energy aur takat milti hain. Saath hi extra fat bhi kam hone lagti hain.

Amle ka Juice :- Agar aapko Amla ka swaad pasand nahi hain toh aap Amla ka Juice nikal kar usko pee sakte hain. Amla Juice jaldi kharab nahi hota, Isliye aap ek baar Amla Juice nikaal kar fridge mein rakh kar 4 din tak iska use kar sakte hain. Lekin ise paani mein mila kar pina chahiye. Ek hissa Amla juice aur 3 hissa paani mila kar Amla juice ka sewan har din karne se wajan kam hone lagta hain aur kamjori bhi nahi aati hain.
