Petha khane ke fayde Petha khana kise nahi accha lagta hain. Yeh meethai (sweet) health ke liye bahut hi faydemand hoti hain. Petha khane ke bahut hi fayde hote hain. Garmi ke dino mein paani ke saath jo Petha khaya jata hain, Vah na kewal tasty meethai hoti hain, balki health ke liye bhi lajawaab hoti hain. Petha India ke kai dusre States mein bhi banaya jata hain, Lekin yeh jitna famous Agre ka Petha hain, Puri duniya mein koi aur petha utna mashoor nahi hain. Pethe ko Bhatooa, Kohda ya Kushmanda naam ki sabzi se banaya jata hain. Bhatooa se na sirf Petha banta hain, Balki isse iski sabzi, murrabba, awleh, thandaai aadi bhi banti hain.

Bhatooa (Kohda ya Kushmanda) ka upyog Badiaan banane ke liye bhi kiya jata hain. Jo hum Wadian ki sabzi bana kar khate hain, Ve Bahtooa se banai gyi hoti hain. Hamare Ayurveda mein Petha ko sharir ke liye bahut hi faydemand mana gya hain. Pethe mein aushidhiya gun hote hain. Petha pushtikarak, takat dene wala aur khoon ke dosho ko door karta hain. Saath hi yeh pet ko saaf bhi karta hain.

Safed kaddu, Kumhada, Batuaa ke faydeKumhada ke beejo ka istemal khane wali cheezo ke taur par kiya jata hain. Iske taaze beej keedemar hote hain. Isliye ise beejo ka upyog aushdiya ke roop mein bhi hota hain. To aaiye jante hain ki Petha khane se sharir ko kya-kya labh hote hain.

Safed Kaddu (Khumahda, Bhatooa) ya Petha ko All over India mein alag-alag tariko se khaya jata hain. South mein jaha iski sabzi banayi jati hain, Vahi North India mein ise Petha sweet bana kar khaya jata hain. 

Jante hain Bhatooa (Khumhada, Safed Kaddu) aur Petha khane ka fayda :- 

 Pet rahega fit :- Yeh pet mein acid ko kam kar ulcer aur jalan mein aaram pahuchaata hain. Safed kaddu ka ek cup taza juice peene se kidney ki pathari mein aaram milta hain.

Tension door kare :- Ise brain food bhi kahte hain, kyonki tension ko door karke mirgi, uttejna aur bharm ko control karta hain.

Chot :- Isme mauzood Potassium blood pressure ko control karne mein madad karta hain. Iski pattiyo ko kharoch ya chot par lagane se ghaav jaldi bhar jata hain.

Motapa :- Safed kaddu mein 96% paani hota hain. Yeh jyada calorie wale food ka accha option ho sakta hain, jo wajan control karne mein madad karta hain. Duble log bhi isse fayda le sakte hain.

Nakseer footna :- Is problem ko door karne ke liye Petha ka ras piye ya phir uska guda khaye. Saath hi seer par iske beejo ka tel bhi lagaya ja sakta hain.

Bhookh na lagna ;- Jin logo ki Aanto mein sujan aa gyi hain, Bhookh nahi lagti hain, Veh subah 2 cup Pethe ka ras piye. Bhookh na lagne aur aanto ki sujan theek ho jayegi.

Sharir mein jalan :- Agar sharir mein jalan hoti hain aur hamesha garam rahta hain toh Pethe ke gude aur patto ko pees kar lep lagaye. Saath hi beejo ko pees kar thandaai banakar piye.

Virya badhaye :- Is rog mein Petha khana bahut hi faydemand hain. Agar aapko sperm badhana hain, to niyamit roop se Petha khana shuru kar dijiye.

Dimaag ke rog :- Yaddasht kamjor ho ya phir dimaagi bimari ho, Petha aise rogiyo ke liye amrit ke saman hain. Rogi ko iske phal ka 10-20 gram Guda khana chahiye aur saath hi pethe ka ras peena chahiye.

Peshab mein jalan :- Pethe ka guda aur beej mutra ke rog ko door karne mein upyogi hain. Yadi peshab ruk-ruk kar aata ho ya pathari ban gyi ho toh Petha aur uske beej dono ka istemal kare, fayda hoga.

Kabz aur bawaseer :- Petha mein Fiber paya jata hain jo kabz jaisi pet ki samsya ko door karta hain. Isi wajah se yeh bawaseer ke mareezo ke liye bahut hi faydemand mana jata hain. Isse bawaseer mein khoon aana bhi band ho jata hain.

Dama rog :- Dama hain toh niyamit roop se Petha khayiye kyonki isse fefdo ko bahut labh milta hain.
