Chhilka bhi khaye ;- Phal aur sabziyo ko unke chhilko ke saath khana paushtikta se bhara hua hota hain. Chhilko mein bhari matra mein paushtik tatv aur Fiber paye jate hain.

Fat Free aur Paushtik banaye :- Aap jo bhi khate hain, Usse aapki sehat banti hain, isliye apni diet mein Fat free aur paushtik khana jode. Wajan ko maintain rakhne ke liye aapko rojana healthy meal leni chahiye. Aap jo kuch bhi pakaaye, Usme Fiber, Vitamins aur Minerals hone chahiye.

Tel ki sahi matra :- Aap jitna bhi tel khate hain, veh sab aapke sharir ko lagta hain. Isliye agar aap tel ki matra ko kam kar denge to aap apne aap hi kam calorie khane lagenge aur aapko Motapa, Cholesterol, Stroke, Heart attack aur High BP ki samsya nahi hogi.

Bacha hua :- Soup banate huye bachi hui sabziya, Curry ya stock ko sambhaal kar dubara istemal karna ek art hota hain. Aisa kar na sirf aap khane ki barbadi ko rokti hain, balki poshak tatvo ko dubara se grahan karti hain.
