Khane ke liye best cooking oilAaj kal log apni health ko lekar bahut alert rahne lage hain, Isliye khane mein kya khana chahiye se lekar khana pakane ke liye kaun sa tel dalna chahiye, Is par bhi dhyaan dene lage hain. Sarso, Neem, Til, Oil Oil, Soyabean, Moongphali, Nariyal Tel aadi mein telo ke bade hi gun paye jate hain, saath hi inka hamare life par bhi bahut jyada mahatav  hain. Jaha gharo mein isse khana pakaya jata hain, vahi sharir par inse malish bhi hoti hain. Par hum aaj aapko aise Cooking Oil ke baare mein batanyenge, jinka istemal karke aap healthy rah sakte hain.

Vaise to Tel apne aap mein beswaad hota hain, Lekin jab ise achaar ya sabzi mein istemal kiya jata hain to yeh swaad badha deta hain. Health sahi rahi aur kabhi heart disease na ho isliye log bazaar mein milne wala Saffola  aur kai dusre package oil ka istemal karte hain, Lekin kya aap jante hain ki nature ne hame kai aise healthy oil diye hain, Jinki value ki baare mein hame pata tak nahi hain. Aaiye jante hain kuch important Cooking Oil (Khana pakane ke liye badhiya tel) ke baare mein :-

► Alsi ka tel :- Isme ALA Omega 3 Fatty Acid hota hain, Par yeh theek se garam nahi hota hain. Ise salad mein dala jata hain aur halka-fulka cheeze garam karne ke liye istemal kiya jata hain.

Surajmukhi ka tel :- Yeh tel Punjab-Haryana, Kashmir aadi mein upyog hota hain. Isme Polyunsaturated Fat ki matra jyada hoti hain. Khaskar Linoleic acid ki matra jyada hoti hain. Yeh tel chip-chipa rahit aur bina mahak ke hota hain. Halaki yeh Olive oil ki tarah dil ke liye utna faydemand nahi hain.

Til ka Tel :- Til ka tel tension se related problem ko door karta hain. Ayurvedic medicine ko banane ke liye Til ke tel ka istemal kiya jata hain. Til ke laddoo bhi banaye jate hain, Jinhe kha kar sharir mein takat aa jati hain. Swasth Swaasthya ke liye Kale til ka tel accha mana jata hain.

► Sarso ka Tel :- Iska istemal Total Cholesterol aur LDL ko kam karta hain. Sarso ke tel mein Olic Acid aur Linoleic Acid paya jata hain, Yeh fatty acid hote hain jo baalo ke growth ke liye acchi dawaa hain. Yeh sharir ke immunity ko badha kar sharir ki kamjori ko ekdum door kar deta hain.

► Soyabean Tel :- Isme Polyunsaturated Fat hota hain. Yeh sehat ke liye accha hain, Kyonki yeh acche aur kharab Cholesterol ke beech balance banata hain.

Moongphali ka tel :- Yeh tel sabse jyada istemal kiya jane wala tel hain. Yeh bahut hi halka tel hota hain, Jisme Monounsaturated Fat hota hain. Iske sewan se protein milta hain. Blood mein cholesterol ko control karta hain. Isliye dil ke mareez iska istemal kar sakte hain.

Nariyal Tel :- Is tel mein bilkul bhi Cholesterol nahi hota hain. Yeh tel health ke liye aur baalo ke liye bahut hi accha mana jata hain. Magar talne ke lihaz se yeh sahi nahi hota hain. Aap iske saath dusre tel mila kar iska istemal kar sakte hain. Nariyal ke tel mein kapoor mila kar yadi skin par lagaye toh Daad, Khaj, Khujali ki shikayat door hoti hain.

► Rice Bran Oil :- Japan aur Korea mein istemal kiya jane wala Dhan ke chhilko se nikla tel ab India mein bhi istemal hone laga hain. Yeh sehat ke liye badhiya hain. Isme oryzanol hota hain, Jo LDL ko kam karta hain. Saath hi natural Vitamin E aur Squalene bhi paye jate hain, Jo skin ko young banate hain.

► Jaitun ka tel :- Isme Monounsaturated Fat, Anti-Oxidants paye jate hain. Yeh skin, baal aur health ke liye bahut hi accha mana jata hain. Agar aapko thakaan mahsoos ho toh Olive Oil se sharir ki malish kare aapko aaram milega.
