Dry Fruits mein Badam (Almond) ka naam sabse pahle aata hain, Kyonki yeh bahut hi paushtik hota hain. Badam mein Protein, Fiber, Vitamins aur Minerals bharpoor matra mein paye jate hain. Isliye yeh health ke liye toh accha hi hain, skin ke liye bhi accha mana jata hain. Ghar ke bade kahte hain ki roj subah 2 Badam paani mein bhigo kar jaroor khana chahiye, Kyonki isse takat aati hain. Aap bhi shayad yahi karte honge, Ki Raat ko Badam ko bhigo diya aur subah uska chhilka utaar kar kha liya. Agar aap janana chahte hain ki Badam ko paani mein bhigo kar kyun khaya jata hain ya ise paani mein bhigo kar kyon khana chahiye toh yeh post jaroor padhe.

Badam ke chhilke mein Tannin Acid hota hain, Jisse ander ke Badam ko poshan milta hain. Badam pedo par lagte hain, isliye unke hard chhilke unhe tez suraj ki roshini aur environment ki nami se bachate hain. Jab aap Badam ko paani mein bhigote hain tab isse chhilke ka poshak tatv aaram se badam ke ander chala jata hain. Isliye Bhigoye huye Badam Sukhe Badam ke mukable jyada paushtik hote hain.

Pachne mein asaan :- Badam bhigone par veh naram ho jate hain, Unhe asaani se hajam kiya ja sakta hain. Chhote bacche aur buzurg jinke daant kamjor hote hain, veh ise aaram se kooch-kooch kar kha sakte hain.

Kis tarah badam bhigoye ?

Aapko 1/2 cup paani mein ek mutthi badam bhigone chahiye. Badam ko kam se kam 8 Ghante tak bhigoye. Iske baad subah paani se nikaal kar chhil le aur kha le. Agar aap Badam ko store karna chahti hain toh ise chhil kar ek plastic bag ya container mein rakhe. Bhigoya hua badam hafte bhar chalta hain.

Kaise banaye ankurit Badam (Sprout Almond) ?

Kya aap jante hain ki ankurit badam bhigoye huye badam ke mukable jyada healthy hote hain. Agar aapko ankurit badam chahiye toh ise 12 ghanto ke liye bhigoye, Phir chhan kar uska paani sukha le. Badam ko kisi kaanch ke Jar mein Fridge ke ander rakhe aur kam se kam ise ankurit hone ke liye 3 se 4 din ka samay de.
