5. Jaroorat se jyada rakhe treadmill ki speed :- 

Treadmill par running karne se pahle apni 'target heart rate' jaan lijiye. Jaldi wajan ghatane ke chakkar mein jyada speed na rakhe. Kisi ko bhi apni 'Target Heart Rate' ki 50-70% speed se jyada par nahi daudna chahiye. Agar aisa nahi kiya ho to aapko dil ka daura bhi pad sakta hain.

   
6. Chalti Treadmill se kabhi na utare :- 

Bhale hi koi bhi jaroori call aa jaye ya koi door bell lagatar knock kar raha ho, bhoolkar bhi chalti huyi treadmill se utarne ki koshish na kare. Agar bahut jaroori ho to emergency button dabaye, Belt jab puri tarah se rook jaye tabhi oos par se utre, Kyonki chalti hui treadmill se utarne se aapko chakkar aa sakte hain ya phir aap balance kho kar gir sakte hain.

7. Machine start karne se pahle belt nahi deck par rakhe paanv :-
