Sharab chhodne ke liye kya khaye aur kaun si diet le.

Jab bhi aap sharaab chhodne ka mann banate hain, to oos samay meetha khane ki badhut hi jyada talab hoti hain. Isliye aisa hota hain kyonki Sharab mein refined sugar payi jati hain. Jab aap sharaab peete hain to yeh khoon mein Sugar level ko badha deti hain. Aapko bata de ki chini apne aap mein khud hi ek nasha hain. Isliye jab aap sharaab chhodte hain tab aapke sharir mein kuch ajeeb se changes aate hain, Jisme Chini khane ko badi tezi ke saath mann karne lagta hain aur Haat-pair ke dard aur depression jaisi problems dekhne ko milti hain. Isliye sharaab se chutkara pane ke liye aapko apni diet ko balance mein rakhna chahiye. 

Aisi diet jo kare sharab chhodne mein madad :- 

1. Meetha khane ki bhookh mitaye :- Khajoor, Dry Fruits aur Thanda Kela khayiye. Inko har roj apne khane mein upyog kare. Saath hi aapko Refined sugar, Bhune huye Aaloo, Kishmish aur Maida aadi khane se bachna chahiye. 

2. Vitamin A aur minerals :- Jab aap sharaab chhodne ki soche to uske baad diet mein Vitamin A aur Minerals bahut hi faydemand mane jate hain. Oos samay sharir aur mann ki bhookh mitane ke liye Vitamin E, B, chromium aur Ginseng ki jaroorat padti hain. Isliye apni diet mein Hara Dhaniya aur Dalchini ko shamil kare. Tamatar, Pyaz, Sabut Anaz, Anda, Hari Pattedar Sabziya, Meat, Chicken aur Shimla Mirch apni diet mein shamil kare. 

3. Sharab ki pyaas mitaye :- Agar aapne sharab chhod di hain aur phir bhi iski pyaas nahi boojh rahi hain, To iska matlab aap apni  diet mein khoob saari sugar  aur Carbohydrate le rahe hain. Jiski wajah se blood mein sugar level badh jata hain aur thakaan mahsoos hone lagti hain aur sharaab peene ki talab paida hoti hain. Isliye aapko aise aahaar apni diet mein shamil karne chahiye jo khoon mein sugar level ko na badhaye. Jimikand, Aaloo Bukhara, Shakarkand, Seb aur Nashpati ko shamil kare. 

4. Paani :- Sharab ki latt chhod pana bahut hi mushkil hota hain. Din mein 8 glass paani pijiye kyonki yeh sharir mein sharab dwara Paani ki kami ko door karta hain. Iske alawa aap healthy bhi rahenge. 

5. Sharab ko kabhi bhi apne ghar mein na rakhe :- Isse isko peene ki talab aur bhi jyada ho jayegi. Iski jagah par aap Fruits Juice ki bottle rakhe, Uske baad aap dekhenge ki sharaab peene ki iccha kam hone lagegi. Hamesha yaad rakhe jo cheez aankhon ke samne nahi hoti hain veh cheez dimaag mein kabhi bhi nahi aati hain. Kabhi bhi bhookhe pet na rahe.

6. Juice Piye :- Sharaab chhodne ke liye aap juice peena start kar de. Khas karke Santra,Karela, Mosambi, Gajar, Seb, Anar aadi ka juice acchi matra mein le. Isse aapko sharab peene ki talab kam hogi aur yeh aapko sharaab chhodne mein madad karenge.
