Body Language kaisi honi chahiye. Body Language mein kaun si galti nahi karni chahiye.Har insaan ki apni alag-alag sharirik bhasha yani ki body language hoti hain. Chahe insaan kitan bhi Meetha kyon na bole, uska vyavhaar kitna bhi accha kyon na ho, Agar uski body language mein kami hain to iska saamne wale par negative asar padta hain. Jo hum soch rahe hain aise mein jaroori hain ki  jo hum bol rahe hain, uski hamari body language ke saath accha tal-mel ho. 

Body Language ka work aur success par bahut hi gahra asar padta hain. Aapke ander bhale hi talent bhara ho, Lekin aapki body language mein koi kharabi ho, toh yeh aapki safalta ke raaste mein ek bahut badi rukaavat ban jata hain. "Talent Smart" naam ki ek society ne is par lakho safal aur asafal logo par research kiya aur paya ki Body Language se judi aisi galtiya hain jo safal insaan kabhi nahi karte hain. 

Hud se jyada Seer hilana :- Saamne wale ki baat se sahmat hone par hum seer hila kar uska support karte hain, Lekin bewajah har baat jyada seer hilane se bache. 

Mutthi Bandhna :- Baat-cheet ke dauran Mutthi bandhna galat ishara karta hain. Isse bhi yeh pata chalta hain ki aap khul kar baat nahi karna chahte hain. Isliye baat-cheet ke dauraan mutthi band mat kare. 

Befikr aur kharab andaaz mein chalna :- Befikr aur alhad andaaz mein chalne ko disrespect mana jata hain. Yeh dikhaata hain ki aapko saamne wale ki baato mein koi interest nahi hain aur aap uski fikr nahi karte hain. Jabki workplace par koi bhi manager befikr logo ko jimmevariyo se door rakhna pasand karta hain. Yani ki agli baar jab aapka boss aapse kuch kah raha ho toh na sirf unhe sune balki khud ke jimmevar hone ka ahsaas karwaye. 

Baar-Baar baal theek karna ;- Baat-cheet ke dauran apne baalo aur kapdo ko baar-baar theek na kare. Isse yeh lagta hain ki aap sirf khud ka dhyaan rakhte hain aur dusro ki baato ya thoughts mein aapka koi interest nahi hain. 

Baar-baar Ghadi Dekhna ;- Kisi se baat karte samay baar-baar ghadi dekhne se bachna chahiye. Kyonki yeh batata hain ki aapke ander self-confidence ki kami hain aur aap usse nazarein chura rahe hain aur yeh bhi show karta hain ki aap saamne wale ki baato ko sunne ki bajaye baatcheet ko jald khatm karna chahte hain. 

Badha chada kar pesh karna :- Jab bhi workplace par kisi se baat kare, chahe vah aapka boss hi kyon na ho. Choti-moti success ke liye cheezo ya baato ko badha chadha kar pesh na kare. Yeh aapki image ko kharab karta hain aur saamne wala yahi samajhta hain ki bus aap baatein karna hi jante hain. Baat-cheet ke dauran apni baanho ko na phailaye aur haath dikha kar baat na kare.

Aankh milana :- Jaisa ki pahle bhi kaha gya hain ki baat-cheet ke dauran aankh mila kar baat kare.

Aankhe milaye, Ghoore nahi :- Aankhe mila kar baat karne ka matlab yeh nahi hain ki aap samne wale ki aankho mein aankhe daal kar ghoore. Aam taur par baat-cheet ke dauran ek baar mein 7-10 second tak aankh mila kar baat kare. Phir palak jhapakaye.

Aankhe gol-gol ghoomaana :- Bahut saare log baat-cheet ke dauran aankho ko gol-gol ghoomate hain. Aisa karne se bache, agar yeh aapki aadat hain toh is aadat ko badalne ki koshish kare.

Khud ko dusro se alag karna ;- Aap bahut accha kaam karte hain, lekin agar aap logo ki baat-cheet mein shamil nahi hote hain toh yeh galat hain. Jab bhi office ke log aapas mein baat kar rahe hote hain toh khud ko unse door rakhne ki bajaye unke group mein shamil hona chahiye. Yeh batata hain ki aap apne kaam ke saath logo se behatar relation banane mein interest lete hain.

Haath Milate waqt :- Kabhi bhi halke haath ya befikri se andaaz mein hand shake na kare. Aisa karne se lagta hain aapke ander self-confidence ki kami hain. Jab hi haath milaaye puri energy aur taazagi ke saath hand shake kare.

Cross Leg ya Cross Arm :- Kai baar dekhne mein aata hain ki baatcheet ke dauran log cross leg hokar baithna pasand karte hain ya baanho ko modkar baat karte hain. Body language ke experts ka yeh manana hain ki aisa nahi karna chahiye. Khas kar tab jab aap apne boss se baat kar rahe ho. Kyonki iska matlab yeh nikalta hain ki aap khool kar baat nahi karna chahte hain ya phir aap kuch chhupa rahe hote hain.

Jyada kareeb na jaye :- Baatcheet ke dauraan doori bana kar rakhe. Bahut jyada najdeek jakar baatcheet na kare.

Baat-cheet ke dauraan haav-bhaav :- Aap jo bol rahe hain chehre par vahi expression dikhna chahiye. Masalan aap dukhi hain toh yeh chehre par dikhna chahiye. Preshan ho to dikhna chahiye, varna saamne wala aap par bharosha nahi karega.

Khus rahe, Chehre par tazagi bana kar rakhe :- Kaam karte hain to kaam se khush rahna bhi jaroori hain. Har waqt chehra bana kar ya dukhi dikhna acchi baat nahi hain, Kyonki kuch log aapko dukhi dekhkar khus hote hain, Kai log aapse isliye bhi baat nahi karna pasand karte hain kyonki aap hamesha dukhi rahte hain.
