Morning Walk photoSubah-subah  Kasrat (Exercise) karne ke bahut fayde hote hain. Kya aapne kabhi subah (Morning) ke dauran sadko ko dekha hain. Kuch log baatein karte huye tahlte hain, Kuch daud lagate hain, Kuch track suit mein ja rahe hote hain to koi Football ya Cricket dress pahne huye jogging kar raha hota hain. Yeh saari picture aapko Subah ki Sair (Morning Walk) ke dauraan dekhne ko mil jayegi. Har shahar mein aapko morning walk karte huye log dikh jayenge, Kyonki subah ka vyayam ( Morning workout) ko health ke liye faydemand mana gya hain.


Subah ke dauran exercise karne se sharir aur mann dono active rahte hain aur saara din freshness mahsoos hota hain. Purane zamane se hi log Brahma-Muhurt mein uthate aa rahe hain aur halki kasrat karte hain. Hamare Veda aur Puraan bhi Subah Jaldi uthane aur vyayam karne ke baare mein batate hain. Suabh ke vyayam aur Kasrat ke kai labh hote hain. Inme se kuch labh yeh hain :- 


Subah ki kasrat ke labh :- 

1. Aapko tazagi deta hain :- Subah ki tazi hawa aur khila-khila environment saara din aapko freshness pradan karta hain. Subah uthkar Workout ke roop mein Yoga ya Dance kare, Aap chahe to Jogging bhi kar sakte hain. Aisa karne se health sahi rahegi aur body mein hormones balance bane rahenge.

2. Disciplined (Anushasit) :- Morning workout karne se aapka sharir anushasit rahta hain. Ise karne se sharir ki sabhi kriyaye, Blood flow aadi sabhi sahi rahte hain. Agar beech mein kabhi aap workout na kare , lekin agar aapki neend theek usi waqt khool jati hain. Aapko theek usi waqt bhookh lagti hain aur pachan kriya bhi durust rahti hain. Exercise karne se raat ko neend bhi acchi aati hain. 

3. Sahi dincharya ka nirman ;- Subah workout karne ke liye aap sahi samay par uthenge aur sahi samay par uthne se baaki kaam bhi sahi samay par nipatate rahenge. Iske baad aap sahi samay par breakfast bhi kar lenge. Sharir mein khane ka pachan sucharoo roop se hoga. Iske alawa sharir puri tarah se active rahega. Pachan sambandhit kisi bhi problem ke liye morning walk labhkari hota hain. 

4. Schedule :- Ek baar aap subah ka workout shuru kar dijiye, to yeh aapke schedule mein yeh shamil ho jayega. Isse aap apne sabhi kaamo mein niyamit ho jayenge aur ek routine ban jayega. Aajkal har koi busy rahta hain, Aise mein workout ke liye time nikalna mushkil hota hain, Ek time set ho jane ke baad aap khud-b-khud karne mein lag jayenge. 

5. Good Results :- Morning workout, normally aapko breakfast karne se pahle karna chahiye. Khali pet, halki exercise karne se health acchi ban jati hain aur khane ke baad ki jane wali exercise se yeh jyada fayda deta hain. Subah ki taazi fresh hawa Fefdo ke liye bhi kafi faydemand hoti hain, Subah ki hawa mein saara din milne wali hawa se jyada Oxygen hota hain. Subah ke sun-rays (suraj ke prakash) mein jyada swasthvardhak gun hote hain jo sharir ke liye jaroori poshak tatvo ki purti karte hain. Inhi sabhi karano ke karan subah workout  jaroor karna chahiye. hain.
