1. Tarbooz mein Potassium bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain, jo blood pressure ko control kar heart beat ko sahi rakhta hain. Iska sewan karne se blood pressure ki samsya mein araam milta hain. 

2. Tarbooz ke beej ki giri aur Khaskhas ke daano ko barabar matra mein mila kar pees le. Roj Subah-shaam ek chammach khali pet paani ke saath le. Yeh prayog aap ek mahine tak lagatar kare. Yeh high blood pressure ko normal banane ke liye achook upay hain. 

3. Dark Chocolate blood pressure ko badhane wale enzyme ko banane se rokti hain. Dark chocolate mein bhari matra mein paya jane wala chocoa mein Catechin aur Procyanidin compound paye jate hain. Yeh dono compound blood pressure ko control karte hain. 

4. Khana khane ke baad 2 kacche lahsun ki kaliya lekar Munakka ke saath chabaye. Aisa karne se High blood pressure ki shikayat nahi hoti hain. 

5. Pyaaz ka ras aur shuddh Shahad barabar matra mein mila kar roj kareeb 10 gram ki matra mein le. Yeh blood pressure ko control mein rakhne ka Ramban upay hain. 

6. Methi ke daano ka churan ko roj ek chammach subah khali pet lene se High blood pressure se bacha ja sakta hain. 

7. Khane mein Namak kam daale. Apne wajan ko adhik na badhne de. 

8. Apne family doctor se apna Blood pressure niyamit roop se check karana na bhoole.

9. Tobacco,  Bidi, Cigaret, Gutakha aadi ka upyog hanikarak hain. Yadi peene ki aadat hain turant band kare. Aapko vaise bhi in gandi aadto se door rahna chahiye. Aapko hamesah yaad rakhna chahiye "Tobacco & Smoking is injurious to health".

10. Sharir ko susti ka ghar na banane de. Furti paida kare. Iske liye subah-shaam jogging kare ya phir aap Yoga kare.
