Baccho ko Peanut Butter jaroor khilana chahiye kyonki ise khane se takat badhti hain, Lekin iska sewan jyada nahi karna chahiye, varna Tummy Fat bhi ho jata hain. 3) Aankho ki roshini badhaye :- In dino kai bacche aankho par Chashma lagaye rahte hain. Isliye unhe Peanut butter khilaye jisse unhe protein milega aur aankho ki roshini bhi badhegi.

4) Haddiyo ko banaye majboot :- Isme bahut saara Calcium paya jata hain, Jisse baccho ki haddiya majboot hoti hain. 

5) Dimaag banaye tez :- Agar aapko apne bacche ki buddhi tez banani hain to usay Peanut butter jaroor khilaye. Yeh ek super-food hain jo tez dimaag paane ke liye jaroori hain. 

6) Pet ki bhookh ko badhaye :- Yeh pet ki bhookh ko badhata hain. Yeh unke liye accha hain jo bacche khana nahi khate hain. 

7) Wajan badhaye ;- Kya aapka baccha underweight hain? Peanut Butter mein acche kism ka Vasa (Fat) jo sharir ka wajan badhane mein madad karta hain.

8) Poshan ;- Peanut Butter ki sabse acchi baat yeh hain ki yeh baccho mein poshan ki jaroorato ko pura karta hain. Isme bahut acchi matra mein Carbohydrate hota hain.
