1. Badam :- 9 nag Badam raat ko paani mein bhigo de. Subah chilke utaar kar baarik pees kar paste bana le. Ab 1 glass doodh garam kare aur usme Badam ka paste ghole. Isme 3 chammach Shahad bhi dale. Doodh jab halka garm ho tab ise piye. Yeh Doodh peene ke baad 2 ghanto tak kuch bhi naa khaye.


2. Coffee :- Jo log subah Coffee peete hain, Ve coffee na peene walo ki tulna mein adhik furti se apna kaam nipta lete hain. Yadi aap dophar mein chust rahna chahte hain to coffee ka sahara le. Researchers ke anusaar Caffeine dimaag ke oon hisso ko activate karta hain, jaha se vyakti ki activeness, mood aur dhyaan control hota hain.

3. Brahmi :- Kamjor yaddasht budhape ki nishaani mana jata hain, Lekin baar-baar bhoolne ki samsya kewal budho ke saath nahi hain, balki jawan logo ke saath bhi hoti hain. Is tel ko Dauni (Gul Mehandi) ke patto se nikala jata hain, jisme aushadhiya gun hote hain. Dauni ke patto (Gul Mehandi ke patto) mein brain ki power badhane ke gun hote hain.
