TalmakhanaVart ke dino mein jyadatar logo ke dwara Tal makhana ka sewan kiya jata hain. Makhana poshak tatvo se bharpoor ek jal mein paye jane wala padarth hain. Tal Makhana khana  health ke liye kafi fayde mand hain. Makhane ke beej Kidney aur heart ke liye labhdayak hain.

4. Khane ka sewan karne se sharir ke kisi bhi hisse mein ho rahe dard se rahat milti hain. Kamar dard aur ghutno ke dard se chhutkara paya ja sakta hain.

5. Makhane ko desi ghee mein bhoonkar khane se dast jaise rog se chhutkara paya ja sakta hain.

6. Makhano ka sewan karne se sharir mein ho rahi jalan door hoti hain.

7. Makhane ka niyamit sewan karne se sharir ki kamjori door hoti hain aur hamara sharir sehatmand bana rahta hain.

8. Makhalo ko doodh mein mila kar khane se jalan mein araam milta hain. 6 Makhano ke sewan se durbalta mitati hain aur sharir takatwar banta hain.

Aap Talmakhane ko kaccha, doodh ke saath ya iski kheer bana kar kha sakte hain. Talmakhana hamare khane ke taste badhane ke saath hi hamari health ko bahut fayda pahuchate hain.
