SaunfSaunf har ghar mein pryog kiya jane wala masala hain. Saunf ko khas kar ke achaar ke masale mein istemal kiya jata hain, Jisse achaar ka swaad badh jata hain. Kadhi aur Soup mein bhi log Saunf ka istemal karte hain. Namkeen cheezo ke saath hi meethi cheezo mein bhi uska swaad badhane ke liye saunf ko milaya jata hain. Saunf ki taaseer thandi hoti hain so garmi ke mausam mein thadaai banate samay usme saunf bhi dalte hain. Saunf se perfume (Ittr) ka nirman bhi hota hain. Saunf mein mauzood gun aapko fit rahne mein madad karte hain.



Dilchasp baat yeh hain ki Saunf aapki yaddasht badhati hain , Nigaah tez karti hain, Khansi bhagati hain aur cholesterol ke level ko control karti hain. Saunf mein Calcium, Sodium, Iron, Potassium jaise tatv paye jate hain, Jo sharir ko sehatmand rakhte hain. Aaj hum aapko Saunf khane ke fayde bata rahe hain. Aaiye jante hain khusboodar aur Meethi Saunf khane ke kya-kya labh hain.  


Saunf khane ke fayde (Labh) aur upyog :- 

  • Badam, Saunf aur Mishri teeno ko barabar matra mein lekar pees kar kisi jar ya bartan mein bhar kar  rakh le. Rojana dono time khana khane ke baad 1 chammach paani ya doodh  ke saath le. Isse smarn Shakti (Yaddasht) badhti hain. 
  • Saunf ko Anjeer ke saath khaye, Ise anjeer ke saath khane se Khansi aur bronchitis ko door bhagaya ja sakta hain. Masik chakra (Periods) ko niyamit banane ke liye Saunf ko Gud ke saath khaya ja sakta hain. 
  • Saunf khane se Aankhon ki roshini badhti hain. Isliye din mein 2 baar Saunf khane ki aadat daal le. Aap chahe to Saunf ko Mishri ke saath mila kar kha sakte hain. 
  • 2 Cup paani mein ubali hui ek chammach saunf ko din mein 2 ya 3 baar lene se apach aur cough ki samsya se nijat milta hain. 
  • Pet dard mein bhooni hui Saunf ko chaba kar khaye. Pet dard theek ho jayega. 
  • Mooh ki badboo ko door karne ke liye Saunf ko chaba kar khaye. Mooh ki badboo door ho jayegi.
  • Jo log kabz se preshan hain, Unhe aadha gram Gulkand ke saath Saunf mila kar raat ko sone se pahle doodh ke saath peena chahiye. Kabz door ho jayegi. 
  • Ise khane se Liver theek rahta hain. Lihaza, Pachan kriya durust rahti hain. 
  • Yadi aapko khatti dakare aa rahi hain to thodi si Saunf ko paani mein ubaal kar mishri dalkar pijiye. 2-3 baar iska prayog karne se aapko rahat milega. 
  • Rojana subah-shaam khali pet saunf khane se Khoon saaf hota hain, jo ki skin ke liye bahut hi faydemand hain, isse tavcha (Skin) mein Chamak aa jati hain.
