Health ko nazar andaz kar kisi bhi cheez ko khana sahi nahi hain. Health se judi samsyaon se bachne ke liye aaj, balki abhi se hi protein se bharpoor snacks ko apni diet mein shamil kare. Isse lambe samay tak body ko fit rakha ja sakta hain. Jante hain kuch aise hi healthy snacks ke baare mein :- 


1. Badam :- Bhookh lagne par protein se bharpoor badam khana bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Sirf 10 Badam kha kar 2.5 Gram protein ki matra prapt ki ja sakti hain. Yeh sirf protein ki kami ko pura nahi karta hain, Balki body ke liye jaroori energy ko bhi banaye rakhta hain. Isse dimaag active rahta hain.


2. Kabuli Chana :- Kabuli chana tasty hone ke saath bahut healthy bhi hota hain. Ise khane se protein milta hain. Ubal kar khane ke alawa ise bhoon kar khana bhi bahut accha rahta hain. Chahe to iske chhole bana kar kha sakte hain. Ise banane ke kai saare options hain. 

3. Dahi :- Bhookh lagne par aisa-vaisa khane se bache aur healthy khane ki aadat dale. Healthy snacks lekar bahut jyada khane se bhi bacha ja sakta hain. Isse motape ki samsya door hoti hain. Dahi mein protein kafi adhik hota hain. Custard ke roop mein kai saare phalo ko dahi mein mix karke khana bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Yeh garmiyon ke liye ek vardaan se kam nahi hain. 

4. Soyabean:- Protein ka bharpoor khazana soybean lambe samay tak healthy rakhta hain. Sirf aadha cup soyabean khane se 15 gram protein milta hain. Ise bhoonkar, ubal kar ya iski daal bana kar khaya ja sakta hain. Health aur taste ke behtarin combination hain soyabean. To jab bhi bhookh lage to Soyabean ko snacks ke roop mein khaye. 

5. Kefir :- Doodh se banane wali Kefir ko bhi snacks ke roop mein khana bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Is snacks ki sabse acchi baat yeh hain ki doodh se bane hone ke baad bhi isme Fat bahut kam matra mein hoti hain. Yeh 99% lactose free hota hain. Saath hi asaani se digest bhi ho jata hain. 

6. Anda :- Sunday ho ya Monday roj khao Ande. To jab bhi bhookh lage to Anda khana behtar option hota hain. Anda kha kar 6 gram protein ki matra ko pura kiya ja sakta hain. Protein ke alawa isme bahut saare nutrients paye jate hain. Ubla hua, fry kiya hua ya kisi bhi tarah se Anda khana bahut hi faydemand hota hain. 

7. Alsi ke beej :- Asaani se milne wale Alsi ke beej bhi protein ka bahut accha source hain. Inhe snacks ke taur par khana har tarike se faydemand hota hain. Yeh lambe samay tak healthy rakhte hain. Ise smoothie aur dahi mein mila kar khaya ja sakta hain.
