Diet in PeriodsAaj ki post mein hum janenge ki Periods (Masik Dharm) ke dauran kya khana chahiye aur kya nahi khana chahiye aapki diet kaisi honi chahiye. Masik dharm yani ki periods mahilaon ke liye ek aisa samay hota hain, jab vah thakaan aur susti ka anubhav karti hain. Kuch to depression ka shikar ho jati hain, jo gusse ko janm deta hain. Saath hi period ke beech mein cramp, kharab sehat aur matli aam baat hain. Aur to aur pahle 2 dino tak kuch mahilaye apna routine work bhi nahi kar pati hain.



Masik dharm ke dauran apni sehat ko banaye rakhne ke liye aapko paushtik aahaar lena chahiye. Agar aap masik dharm ka aahaar lengi to yeh aapka stamina badhayega. Saath hi aapke ang theek tarah se kaam karenge aur is dauran hone wale dard ko bhi kam karega. Is aahar (Diet) mein kuch aise bhojan shamil hote hain jo hame jaroori energy dete hain. Aaiye ham aapko Masik dharm aahar (Periods Diet) ke baare mein batate hain, jo periods ke dauran aapko energetic banaye rakhenge. 


Kya khaya aur kya na khaye masik dharm (period) mein :- 


1. Complex Carbohydrate ka kare sewan :- Aap apne masik dharm mein Phal, Sabzi aur whole food jaise complex carbohydrate ko shamil kare. Saath hi aap Gajar, Khubani, Santra aadi ko bhi apne diet mein shamil kar sakte hain. Period ke dauran meetha khane ki ichchha hoti hain. Upar batayi gyi cheezo se aap is par control kar sakti hain. 


2. Dark Chocolate :- Apne diet mein Periods ke dauran Chocolate ko shamil karna sabse badhiya time hain. Isme mauzood Anti-Oxidant Serotonin ko badhata hain, Jisse mood behtar hota hain. Is liye aapke masik dharm ke aahar mein dark chocolate behad jaroori hain. 


3. Vitamin wale bhojan :- Apne masik dharm ke aahar mein aap Vitamin ko shamil karna bahut hi jaroori hain. Vitamin E aapko PMS syndrome se  chhutkara dilane mein madad karta hain. Vitamin E ke liye aap Avocado fruit aur Ande ki jardi kha sakti hain. Vahi Vitamin B6 Clotting ko kam karne mein madad karta hain. Vitamin C prajanan tantr ko behtar banata hain. Vitamin C ke liye aap Angoor aur Nimbu ka sewan kar sakti hain. Vahi Vitamin B6 ke liye apne diet mein Aaloo ko shamil kare. 


4. Caffeine se bache :- Period ke dauran aapko jaha tak ho sake Caffeine ke sewan se bachana hain. Coffee peene se pet mein acid ki matra badh jati hain, jisse dard hota hain. Agar aapko Caffeine ki bahut jyada talab hain to Coffee ki jagah aap Chaaye (Tea) piye. Chaay na kewal ek behtar option hain , Balki yeh Caffeine ki ichchha ko khatm kar deti hain. 

5. Jaroori Fatty Acid :- Period ke dauran pet mein cramp ki shikayat hoti hain. Is cramp se bachne ke liye aapka bhojan aisa hona chahiye ki jisse aapko jaroori Fatty Acid milta ho. Period ke dauran hormone mein hone wale badlaav ko aap Fatty Acid se bharpoor aahaar se pura kar sakte hain. Jaroori Fatty acid ke liye aap Patsan, Lauki aur Surajmukhi ke beej ka prayog kar sakti hain.

6. Iron se bharpoor aahaar :- Masik dharm ke dauran sharir se badi matra mein khoon nikalta hain. Aise mein aapko ise body system mein phir se banana hota hain. Agar aapka bhojan Iron se bharpoor hoga to aapka sharir ise asaani se bana lega. Yaha tak ki Iron se bharpoor bhojan  khoon ki kami ko door karke, Hemoglobin ki matra ko bhi badhata hain. Saath hi yeh aapko tanav aane aur kamjor hone se bhi rokta hain. Prayapt matra mein Iron pane ke liye aap Palak, Meat, Dried Bean aur Hari pattedar sabziyo ka sahara le sakti hain. Saath hi aap periods ke dauran khoob paani piye. Aapko periods ke dauran healthy rahne ke liye Period diet ko apanana chahiye.
