Myth :- Suji mein postic tatv hote hain. 

Fact :- Agar aap suji se bane gol gappe aur anya cheeze yeh samajh kar khate hain ki inse poshak tatv milte hain , to aap bilkul galat hain. Suji Maida ki hi bareek form hain. Inse poshak tatv kisi bhi anaaz ke jitne hi hote hain. 


Myth :- Chini (Sugar) nahi khane se diabetes nahi hoti hain. 

Fact :- Chini nahi khane se kuch extra calorie se to bach sakte hain, lekin iska diabetes se koi lena dena nahi hain. Diabetes Carbohydrate metabolism ka disorder hain. jise Genetic aur lifestyle factors high calorie diet, jyada wajan aur sharirik roop se jyada active na rahna jaise tatv parbhavit karte hain.


Myth:- Gud aur shahad chini (sugar ) se behtar hain.

Fact :- Shahad aur Gud natural unrefined hote hain, Lekin inme Chini ki tarah hi kai Glasemic Index paye jate hain. Ek bade chammach mein kareeb 65 calorie hoti hain, jabki ek bade chammach Chini mein 46 calorie hoti hain. Isliye Sahad aur Gud kisi bhi tarah se Chini se behtar nahi hain, Balki barabar hain.

Myth : - Seb aur Kele mein Iron bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain.

Fact : - Aksar kaha jata hain ki Ande nahi khane chahiye, Kyonki isme jyada Cholesterol hota hain. Ek Ande mein kareeb 215 mg Cholesterol hota hain, jo aapke din bhar ki 300mg Cholesterol ki jaroorat ko pura karta hain. Myth :- Khana banane ke liye Extra virgin Olive oil istemal nahi hota hain.

Fact :- Aksar logo ka swaal hota hain ki Extra virgin Olive oil garam hone ke baad apne poshak tatv kho deta hain, Lekin aisa nahi hain. Olive Oil sabse jyada heat stable oil mein se ek hain aur extra virgin Olive oil isse jyada stable hota hain. Ise khana banane mein araam se istemal kiya ja sakta hain.
