SujiSuji ko genhu ka ek prakar kah sakte hain. Ise jyadatar jagho par Rava ke naam se bhi jana jata hain. Isme Gluten paya jata hain. Healthy breakfast ke liye Sooji ka halwa, Idli ya phir upme ke taur par istemal kiya jata hain. Yeh khane mein bahut hi light hoti hain. Isliye kuch halka-fulka khane ka mann hain, To Suji ki koi bhi dish best hain. Aaiye jante hain Rava (Suji) ko khane se aur kaise sehat ko fayde ho sakte hain.



1. Over dieting se bachati hain.

Suji aate ke chokar ka hi ek prakar hain jiski thodi si matra khane se pet bhar jata hain aur din bhar bhookh nahi lagti hain. Isse Over dieting se bacha ja sakta hain. Wajan kam karne walo ke liye iska sewan bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Slim-Trim body pane ke liye Suji balanced diet hain. Suji pet mein jane ke baad dheere-dheere pachti hain, Jiske karan jaldi bhookh nahi lagti hain. 


2. Energy badhati hain 

Rava ya Suji Energy ka bhi bahut accha source hain. Subah nashte mein ise khane se pure din body mein energy bani rahti hain. Din bhar alas aur bharipan nahi lagta hain. Iske saath sabziyo ki bharpoor matra lene se sehat ko dugna fayda hota hain. Jyadatar log Suji ka istemal Upma ke roop mein karte hain.

3. Haddiyo aur Nervous system ko sahi rakhta hain

Rava kha kar haddiyo aur nervous system ko bhi healthy rakha ja sakta hain. Protein ki bharpoor matra liye rawa skin ke liye bahut hi accha hota hain aur saath hi muscles ke liye bhi. Isme mauzood Phosphorus, Zinc, Magnesium, Nervous System ko sahi rakhne mein madad karte hain.

4. Dil ki bimari ko door rakhti hain. 

Jankar hairaani hogi , Lekin Suji dil ke liye bhi bahut acchi hain. Cardiovascular health ko sahi rakhne ke saath heart attack se bachati hain aur Arteries mein proper blood circulation ko banaye rakhti hain. 

5. Immunity badhati hain 

Body ki Immunity ko badhane mein Selenium bahut hi jyada jaroori hota hain jo kai prakar ke infections se bachata hain aur anek tarah ki bimariyo se ladne ke liye taiyaar karta hain. Isliye Suji khayenge to Immunity bhi badhegi. 


6. Pachan sahi hota hain 

Rava mein paya jane wala  Fiber pachan kriya ko sahi rakhne mein sabse jyada jaroori hota hain. Rava mein 2 tarah ke fiber mauzood hote hain, Ghulansheel aur Aghulansheel. Ghulansheel fiber hi pachan kriya ko sahi rakhne mein sabse jyada jaroori hote hain. Iske saath hi isme Calcium, Selenium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus jaise kai minerals mauzood hote hain. Inki kami hone par pachan tantra sahi tarike se kaam nahi karta hain aur Kabz, Marod jaisi kai samsyaen paida hone lagti hain. 


7. Anemia ki problem nahi hoti 

Rave mein Iron uchit matra mein hota hain. Yeh sharir ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain. Iski sahi matra sharir mein khoon ki kami nahi hone deti , Jisse body sahi tarike se kaam karti hain.
