Mobile RadiationSmartphone ka upyog itna badhta ja raha hain ki log jyada se jyada samay smartphone apne haath mein rakhte hain. Naye daur ko dekhte huye ise sahi kaha ja sakta hain. Lekin iske dusre pahlu par nazar dale to smartphone se health par bura asar padta hain. Ji haa hum baat kar rahe hain Smartphone Radiation (Mobile Radiation) ki jiski wajah se kai saari bimariya ho sakti hain. To aaiye jante hain isse bachne ke kuch tips.


1. Use speakers or headset :-

Smartphone radiation ka sabse jyada khatra phone par baat karne ke dauran hota hain. Yani ki agar aap kai ghanto tak mobile par lagatar baat kar rahe hain, to aapko thoda sachet hone ki jaroorat hain. Jab kabhi bhi call par baat kare , to apne phone ko direct kaan ke paas laga kar baat na kare. Iske liye aap speaker ya headset ka istemal kar sakte hain, yeh aapke liye jyada safe rahega. Halaki koi user wireless ka use karta hain, to yeh bhi kafi safe hain. Lekin call disconnect hote hi ise kaan se hata dena chahiye.

2. Hold the phone away from your body :- 

Smartphone ko jitna ho sake apni body se door rakhe. Aksar gharo mein dekha jata hain ki chhote bacche phone ke saath khelte hain, Yeh kafi hanikarak hain. Kisi bhi situation mein baccho ko smartphone nahi dena chahiye. Vahi adults ke liye bhi yeh kafi khatrnaak sabit ho sakta hain. Aise mein kabhi bhi smartphone ko sharir se touch karke nahi rakhna chahiye. Phone ko apne haatho mein rakhe taki vah body se door rahe, jisse radiation ka khatra kafi hud tak door kiya ja sakta hain.

3. Don't Keep your phone under Pillow or Pocket :- 

Sabse pahle yeh jaan le ki, Phone agar use nahi kiya ja raha ho to usse radiation ka khatra kam nahi hota hain. Smartphone network mein lagatar signals travel karte rahte hain, jab tak vah switch off nahi ho jata hain. Is stithi mein radiation lagatar nikalta rahta hain. Aise mein user ko dhyaan rakhna chahiye ki phone ko kabhi bhi takiye ke neeche ya bagal mein nahi rakhna chahiye. Iske alawa smartphone ko kabhi bhi T-shirt ki upar wali pocket mein nahi rakhna chahiye, Isse dil ki bimari ka khatra bana rahta hain. Halaki isse bachne ke liye 'Airplane Mode' best option hain. Yani ki is condition mein handset se sabhi wireless transmission cut ho jate hain, Jisse radiation aana rook jata hain. Iske saath hi yeh battery ki bachat bhi karta hain. 


4. Text more and talk less :- 

Jab kisi device mein voice communication hota hain to radiation jyada nikalta hain. Aise mein aap jaha tak ho sake , Aap call ki jagah Text ya Message ka istemal kar sakte hain. Halaki aajkal to kai aise messenger App aa gye hain, Jo users ko kafi aaraam de sakte hain. 


5. Make a call when signal is strong :- 

Hamesha dhyaan rakhna chahiye jab phone signal weak ho, to call karne se bache. Yani ki mobile signal strong hone par call karna sahi tarika mana jata hain. Ek research ke mutabik, Weak signal ke duaran jab koi call ki jati hain to yeh High-Range ke broadcast ko search karta hain taki aapki call connect ho sake. Aise mein Radiation amount kafi badh jata hain, Jisse user ko kafi khatra ho sakta hain.
