Palak khane se Doodh peelane wali matao ke breast mein doodh adhik banta hain. 


Yahi nahi Palak tavcha aur sharir ke liye accha hota hain. Jo Log baal girne se preshan hain, unhe to roj palak khana chahiye. Jo sharir mein Iron ki kami ko pura karke baalo ko girne se rokta hain. Palak tavcha ko rukhe hone se bachata hain. Palak aankhon mein chamak paida karta hain. Palak ke paste ko chehre par lagane se chehre se jhaaiya door ho jati hain. Isliye mehngi-mehngi dawaaiya khane se accha hain ki aap Palak khayiye Jisse dawaaiya khane ki naubat na aaye.
