Jeera ke gharelu nuskhe aur fayde (benefits of Cumin Seeds Home remedies)

CuminGarmi ke mausam mein jee ghabrana, Chakkar aana, bhookh na lagna, dast lagna aadi samsyaen bahut aam hoti hain. Aise mein garmi se hone wali in problems se kuch chhote-chhote gharelu nuskhe jald rahat dila sakte hain. Aaiye jante hain Jeere mein chhupe huye kuch aise hi guno ke baare mein.

2. Garmi ke karan agar dast lag jaye to Jeera aur shakkar dono ko barabar matra mein mila kar baarik pees kar powder bana le. 1 se 2 chhote chammach thande paani ke saath is powder ko le. Garmi se lagne wali dast turant band ho jayegi. 


3. South India mein log aksar Jeere ka paani peete hain. Unke anusar iske sewan se mausami bimariya nahi hoti hain aur pet bhi theek rahta hain.

8. Jeere ko Nimbu ke ras mein bhigo kar namak mila kar sukha de. Ise peeskar powder banaye aur bottle mein bhar kar rakh le. Ise lene se Pregnant aurat ka jee machlana band ho jata hain. 

9. Jeere mein Sirka mila kar khaye, Hichaki turant band ho jayegi. 

10. Roj ek chammach bhuna hua Jeera khaye. Ise chabane se yaddasht acchi rahti hain.

12. Ek chhota chammach Jeera le. Usay 1 glass paani mein bhigo kar raat bhar ke liye rakh de. Subah ubaal le. Ise chaaye ki tarah piye aur Jeera bhi chaba le. Ek mahine mein hi Wajan mein kami aane lagegi. Peshab bhi khul kar aayega.

16. Jeera ubaal le aur chhan kar thanda kare. Is paani se mooh dhone se aapka chehra saaf aur chamakdaar hoga. 

17. Jinhe Asthma , Bronchitis ya saans se judi samsya ho , Unhe Zeere ka niyamit sewan karna chahiye. 

18. 50 Gram Jeere mein Mishri mila kar pees kar powder bana le. Ise subah-shaam ek chammach le. Bawasir mein aaram milega.
