GulkandYu to Gulkand ka prayog pure saal kiya ja sakta hain, Lekin garmiyo mein yeh sharir ke liye kavach ka kaam karta hain. Aaiye jante hain Gulkand Khane ke fayde :- 


1. Gulkand ke upyog se kabz ka khatma hota hain, Dehydration ki samsya nahi rahti hain aur jalan jaisi takleefo mein araam milta hain. 


2. Garmi se aankho mein jalan aur lalima , Peshab ki kami,Rukavat ya peelapan, Adhik paseena aana, Skin mein khujali ya rang feeka padne jaisi problems mein gulkand khana faydemand hota hain. 


3. Gulkand se grabhsya, Amashya, Mutrashya aur malashya ki badhi huyi garmi door hoti hain.

4. Yeh dimaag aur amashya ki shakti ko badhata hain. Agar bhojan karne ke baad Gulkand khaya jaye to Dimaag ke liye labhdayak hoga.


5. Rojana 10-15 gram Gulqand subah aur shaam ko doodh ke saath khane se Naksir ka purane se purana rog bhi theek ho jata hain.


6. Ucchya Raktchaap (High Blood Pressure) se pidit rogi ko har roj 25-30 gram gulkand khane se kabz ki samsya nahi rahti hain.

7. Gulkand se rakt vikar door hote hain.


8. Subah aur shaam ise khane se jyada paseena aana aur sharir se badboo aane ki samsya door hoti hain. Pet saaf rahta hain, Bhookh badhti hain aur sharir mein taqat aati hain.
