Rose FlowerShayad hi aisa koi vyakti ho , Jise Gulab se lagaav na ho. Maslan Aajkal har vaykti ki yeh lalsa rahti hain ki vah apne ghar ke aangan mein Gulab ki qyaariya lagaye. Shahi Zamane mein Rajkumariyo, Mallikkaon, Raniyo aur Sunderiyo ke nahan Gharo mein gulab jal ke phohare udate phawware lage rahte thay. Gulab ki pankhoodiyo se bana ubtan Shahi sundriyo ka mukhya prasadhan tha. Gulab saalo se hi sunderta aur sajja ke liye istemal hota aa hi raha hain, Saath hi yeh aushadhiya guno ki khan bhi hain.

Sehat ka khazana hain Gulab 

1. Gulab mein Vitamin C bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain. Gulkand bana kar rojana sewan karne se jodo aur haddiyo mein khas kism ki lachak aur shakti bani rahti hain.

2. Gulab ke phool ko rojana khane se Chhy rog jaise T.B. ki bimari se pidit rogi ko jaldi se aaram milta hain. 

3. Gulab ke phool ki pankhoodiyo se masoodhe aur daant majboot hote hain. Daanto ki badboo door hoti hain aur Pyria ki bimari se bhi nijat paya ja sakta hain. 

4. Pet ki bimariyo mein Gulab ka Gulkand faydemand hain.

5. Gulab, Amashay, Aant aur Liver ki kamjori ko door karke inme shakti ka sanchar karne mein saksham hain. 


6. Garmi ke dino mein ghabrahat, Bechaini ke saath jab dil ki dhadkane tez ho jati  hain, Gulab ko subah-subah chabakar khane se aaram milta hain. 

7. Aankhon mein Garmi ke karan jalan ho ya dhool mitti se aankhon mein tafleef ho to Gulab Jal se aankhe dhone se aaram milta hain. Ratondhi naam ki aankhon ki bimari ke liye Gulabjal achuk dawa ka kaam karta hain. 

8. Chechak ke rogi ke bistar par Gulab ki pankhoodiyo ko sukha churan daalne se daano ke jakham thandak pa kar sookh jate hain. 

9. Garmi ke dino mein Gulab ko pees kar lep bana kar mathe par lagane se Sar dard gayab ho jata hain. 


10. Gulab ki pattiyo ko pees kar, Uske ras mein Glycerin mein mila kar , Sukhe aur kate-phate hontho par lagane se honth turant chikne aur chamakdar ho jate hain. 

11. Garmiyo mein bhojan ke baad paan mein gulkand dalwa kar khana chahiye. Isse Mouth fresh hone ke saath khana bhi hajam ho jata hain.
