2. Vitamin A,C aur B vale aahar :- Aise phal aur sabziya jinme adhik matra mein Vitamin A,C aur Beta Carotene shamil hota hain, Unhe apni diet mein shamil kare. Peele rang ki sabziya hame din ki roshini mein theek dekhne ki power deti hain.
