DandruffRusi (Dandruff) ki samsya bahut hi aam hain.Yeh samsya kai vajah se ho sakti hain. Yahi karan hain ki isse preshan log ise door karne ke liye kai tarah ke shampoo aur conditioner ka istemal karte hain. Lekin yeh samsya tab bhi peechha nahi chhodti hain. Aaj hum aapko batane ja rahe hain aisi 6 Cheeze jinhe aap apni Diet mein shamil kare aur dekhe kaise rusi aapka picha chhod deti hain.



1. Chana :- Roz chana khane se rusi ( Dandruff) door ho jati hain. Isme carbohydrate, Protein, Nami, chikanaai, Iron aur vitamins hote hain. Chane ko gareebo ka badam bhi kaha jata hain. Kyonki yeh sasta hota hain. Lekin is sasti cheez mein badi se badi bimari se ladne ki takat hoti hain. Chane ka sewan sundarta ko badhata hain. Saath hi dimaag ko tez banata hain. Chane mein vitamin B6 aur zinc hota hain. Jiske karan iske niyamit sewan se Dandruff khatm ho jata hain. Jinhe chane ka swaad pasand nahi hain , vah besan ko seer mein lagaye. Usse bhi rusi door ho jati hain. 


2. Lahsun :- Isme paye jane vale tatvo mein Allicin bhi ek tatv hain, Jise Great Anti- Bacterial, Anti-Fungal aur Anti-Oxidant ke roop mein jana jata hain. Lahsun mein high constriction mein Allicin Acid paya jata hain, Jo Ek  Natural Anti-Fungal  Hain. Isliye rusi (Dandruff) se preshan logo ko apni diet mein Lahsun jaroor shamil karna chahiye. Lahsun lagane se bhi rusi khatm ho jati hain. Lahsun ke ras mein halka sa paani milakar lagaye. Dandruff door ho jayegi. 


3.SurajMukhi :- Surajmukhi ke beej Seer ki tavcha par adhik tel aane se rokta hain. Isme zinc aur vitamin B6 hota hain. Iske beej pachan ko darust kar sharir mein metabolism ko theek karte hain, aur Infection se paida hone wali dandruff ko door karte hain.


4. Genhu (Wheat) :- Uge huye genhu mein Vitamin E bharpoor matra mein hota hain. Sharir ki urwark capacity ko badhane ke liye vitamin e bahut hi jaroori hain. Yahi nahi, is tarah ke genhu ke sewan se skin aur baal bhi chamakdaar hote hain. Ankurit genhu mein maujood tatv sharir se extra fat ko sokh lete hain. 5. Seb (Apple) :- Seb reshe wala phal hain, isliye isme fiber acchi matra mein paya jata hain. Seb ko khane se pachan tantra bhi sahi rahta hain. Yeh ek accha Anti-Oxidant bhi hain. Madhumeh, Cancer aur dimaag se related bimariyo ko door karne mein madad karta hain. Seb Sharir mein glucose ki matra ko normal karta hain. Jisse diabetes ke rogiyo ko labh milta hain. Apple ko khane se Dandruff khatm hoti hain, aur baal swasth aur chamkdaar bante hain.


6. Kela (Banana) :- Kela har mausam mein saralta ke saath upalabadh hone wala paushtik aur swadisht phal hain. Kela rochak, mitha, shaktishali, Virya aur Maans badhane wala, Netra dosh mein labhdayak hain. Kela mein Vitamin aur  Minerals jaise Zinc, Potassium aur iron hote hain. Iske alawa isme Amino Acid aur Anti-Oxidant bhi hote hain. Jo ki dandruff ko door karne mein madad karta hain. Kela aur Avocado ko milakar paste banaye aur Seer par lagaye. 20 minute ke baad ise paani se dho le.
