Vitamin A 

Yeh swasth Aankhon ke alawa Baalon, Skin, Haddiyon aur Daanto ke liye jaroori hain. Yeh immunity ko badhata hain.

Vitamin B

Sharir mein Carbohydrate ko energy mein badalne ka kaam yeh Vitamin karta hain. Yeh nervous System ko normal banane aur pachan shakti ko majboot rakhta hain.
