1. Khane mein safe :- Ubla bhojan, khane mein bilkul safe hota hain. Isme kisi tarah ki koi bacteria aur gandagi nahi rah jati hain Jisse sharir ko nuksaan pahuche. 

2. Poshak tatv bane rahte hain :- Ubale bhojan mein poshak tatv nasht nahi hote hain aur khane par sharir ko bharpoor fayda dete hain. 


3. Bimariyo ke khate ko kam karna :- Ubali sabziyo ke sewan karne se bimari ka khatra kam ho jata hain aur heart attack, cancer aadi jaise janlewa bimariya hone ka khatra bahut kam ho jata hain. 


4. Anti-Oxidants badhaana :- Sharir mein Anti-oxidants ki matra badhane ke liye ubli sabziyo ka sewan faydemand hota hain. 

5. Jyada faydemand :- Agar aap hari sabzi ko bhunkar banaye to vah utni fayda nahi karti hain jitna fayda ubaal kar khane se hota hain. 

6. Wajan kam karna :- Ubali sabzi khane se fat nahi badhta hain aur wajan accha aur balance bana rahta hain. 


7. Asaani se kha sakte hain :- Ubali sabziyo ka sewan bahut asaani se kiya ja sakta hain. Agar daanto ya mooh mein samsya ho to yeh fayda karti hain. 


8. Alag Swaad :- Kya aapko pata hain ki tamatar ko ubaal kar khane se alag swaad aata hain, Shayad nahi. Aisa hota hain. Har sabzi ko ubaal kar khane se naya taste aata ho. 


9. Samay ki bachat :- Ubla khana banaane mein jyada samay nahi lagta hain aur aapke samay ki bachat ho jati hain. 


10. Swasthwardhak tarika :- Ubla bhojan ek swasthvardhak tarika hota hain jo poshak tatvo ko sharir mein pahuchaata hain.
