TindaGol aur hare rang si dikhne wali sabzi Tinda, Jise baby pumpkin aur Apple gourd ke naam se bhi jana jata hain. Yeh south Asia mein khas taur par istemal kiya jata hain. Bahut sare logo ko iska swaad kuch khas pasand nahi hota, Isliye yeh sabzi ke roop mein istemal ki jati hain. Lekin ismein sehat se jude kai saare fayde chhipe hote hain, jinhe janne ke baad jyadatar log jaroor ise khana pasand karenge.



1. High Blood pressure ke liye :- High blood pressure ke marizo ko Tinde ke ras ka sewan karna chahiye. Yeh unke liye bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Isme aise bahut saare tatv maujood hote hain, jo Cholesterol level ko kam karte hain, jisse blood pressure normal rahta hain. 


2. Motapa kam kare :- Tinde mein 84% paani ki matra hoti hain. Jo motapa kam karne ke liye sahayak hoti hain. To Breakfast aur over-dieting ke karan badhne vale motape ko rokne ke liye, rojana subah tinda ka juice peena chahiye. Tinde ka Juice peekar wajan ko kafi had tak control mein rakha ja sakta hain.

 5. Dil ki bimari se rakhe door :- Tinde mein per 100 gram mein 21 Calorie hoti hain. Heart health ke liye balance diet ka hona bahut hi jaroori hain. Kyonki Protein, Vitamin, Carbohydrate kisi ki bhi jyada matra dil ki bimariyo ka karan ban sakti hain. 


6. Sujan se rahat :- Jodo ki samsya hone par subah-subah sujan aana aam baat hain. Yaha tak ki chot aadi aane par sharir par neele nishaan pad jate hain aur unme sujan aa jati hain. To samsya se chhutkara paane ke liye tinde ka jyada se jyada istemal faydemand hota hain. 


7.  Anti- Aging ke liye : - Tinde mein carotene ki matra hoti hain, jo chehre par dikhne wale daag-dhabbe aur jhuriyo ko door rakhta hain. Saath hi skin infection se bhi bachati hain. Umar ke saath chehre par baarik lines ban ne lagti hain, jo asamay budhape ka karan hoti hain. Inhe door to nahi kiya ja sakta, Lekin kam jaroor kiya ja sakta hain.
