PiliyaPiliya rog ke chalte sharir bilkul toot jata hain aur kamjoori aa jati hain. Aise mein doctor ki advice lena to jaroori hain, Lekin aap kuch gharelu upay apnakar bhi piliye ko behtar dhang se maat de sakte hain. Isse pahle jante hain Piliye ke lakshan:- 


Piliye ke lakshan 

Khoon ki kami, Skin aur Aankho ka rang peela pad jana, Kamjoori, Sar dard aur bukhaar, Ulti, Bhookh na lagna, Kabz, Aankh jeebh tavcha aur peshab ka rang peela ho jana.
Kaisa ho khan-pan

1. Bhojan aur niyamit exercise kare. Lekin stithi behad kharab ho to aaraam karna chahiye. 

2. 5 Din tak upvaas kare aur is dauraan phal jaise Santra, Nimbu, Nashpati, Angoor, Gajar, Chukkandar aur Ganne ka ras piye. 

3. Upvaas ke baad subah uthate hi ek glass garm paani mein Nimbu nichodkar piye. Nashte mein Angoor, Papita, Nashpati aur genhu ka daliya le. 


4. Rogi ko roj garam paani ka enema de. Isse aanto mein mauzood jahreele tatv bahar nikal jate hain aur khoon saaf hota hain. 

5. Bhojan mein ubali huyi palak, methi, gajar, genhu ki 2 chapati aur 1 glass chhachh de. 

6. Dophar ko Nariyal paani de. 


7.  Raat ke bhojan mein ek cup ubali huyi sabziyo ka soup, Genhu ki 2 chapati, ubale huye aaloo aur Hari pattedar sabziya jaise Palak, Bathuaa, Sarso aadi khaye.


8. Raat ko sone se pahle 1 glass fat free doodh mein 2 chammach shahad milakar le.

9. Bharpoor matra mein hari pattedaar sabziya aur phalo ka juice piye. Nashpati khane se fayda hoga.

10.  Daalon ka upyog bilkul naa kare. Liver cells ki safety ke liye din mein 3-4 baar Nimbu ka ras paani mein milakar pina chahiye.


11. Muli ke hare patte piliya mein faydemand hain. In patto ko pees kar inka ras nikal le aur chhankar piye. Inse bhookh badhegi aur aante saaf hongi.

12. Tamatar ka ras piliya mein labhkari mana gya hain. Is juice mein thoda sa namak aur kali mirch mila kar piye.

13.  Swaasthya sudharne par 1 se 2 kilometer ghumne jaye aur kuch samay dhoop mein rahe. Paani saaf aur ubaal kar peena chahiye. Ghar se bahar jate samay paani saath lekar jaye. Ab aapka bhojan aise hona chahiye jisme prayapt protein, Vitamin C, E aur B complex ho. Puri tarah swasth hone ke baad bhojan ke prti laparwahi naa barte.

14. Is dauraan saaf aur ubala hua paani piye.
