LemonNimbu ke aushadhiy gun to jag-jahir hain. Lekin yeh aapko Pak kala ko nikharne mein kai tarah se madadgaar ho sakta hain. 

Khatas bhara chhota sa nimbu hamare bahut kaam aata hain. Bhojan ka swaad badhane se lekar Gharelu Nuskhe aur Saaf-safaai  tak mein iska sabse jyada istemal hota raha hain. Yaha nimbu ke kuch aise hi upay diye ja rahe hain. 



Nahi badlega rang

Kachche Aaloo, Kele aur Seb katne ya chhilane ke baad rang badalne lagte hain. Der tak jas ka tas rakhne ke liye in par nimbu ka ras laga de. Fruits salad banate waqt bhi nimbu ka ras daal sakte hain. Uske swaad mein ijhaafa hoga aur phal der tak taaze rahenge.

Aapas mein nahi chipkenge

Khule-khile chawal ya pulav banana chahte hain, to chawal ubalte waqt thoda sa nimbu ka ras dal de. Isse chawal aapas mein nahi chikpenge , Unka rang bhi doodh jaise ho jayega aur Chawal se Nimbu ki bheene-bheene khusboo aayegi.

Taza rahega salad

Murjhaye huye salad mein nayi jaan dalni hain, to usay thodi der ke liye Nimbu Paani mein bhigo de. Vahi salad patte ko zara sa crispy banane ke liye Ek bowl mein thanda paani aur dedh nimbu ka  ras dalkar salad patte daal de. Ise freeze mein rakhe aur 1 ghante ke baad nikaale. Paani nikalkar Salad patte ka istemal kare.

Acchi tarah ubalenge Ande

Ubalane se pahle Ando ki upari satah par nimbu ka ras laga de. Isse ande acchi tarah ubalenge aur chatkenge nahi. Baad mein inhe chhilna bhi aasaan hoga. 

Badhega Swaad

Cream wali sabhi dishes aur sea food ka swaad badhane ke liye unme thoda sa nimbu ka ras daal de. Salad mein namak dalkar ,Sodium ki matra ko agar aap nahi badhana chahte hain, to sirf Nimbu ka ras daal sakte hain.

Namak ho jayega barabar

Namak jyada ho jaye, to usay theek karne ke liye Nimbu madad karega. Gravy wali sabziya, pulav, paranthe ka bharavan aadi mein namak barabar karne ke liye Nimbu ras milaye. 

Paneer aur chhachh banane mein kargar

Doodh mein Nimbu ka ras 1-2 boond dalne se doodh phat jata hain, Jo paneer ka kaam karta hain. Saath hi iska upyog Chhachh banane mein bhi kiya jata hain. Chhachh ka swaad kafi had tak dahi jaisa hota hain. Iska upyog kai prakar ki baking recipe jaise mitha cake aur bread banane mein kiya jata hain. 

Marination ke Liye

Meat Marination karte waqt thoda sa Nimbu ras milaye. Isse swaad badhega aur Meat mulayam banega.

Tazagi se bharpoor

Peene ki kisi bhi cheez mein Nimbu nichodkar peene se swaad to badhta hi hain, saath hi tazagi ka bhi ahasaas hota hain. To agli baar se coldrinks , Paani mein nimbu milana na bhule.

Daag-dhabbe mitaye

Kachche Meat aur sabzi katne wale chopping board par se chakuo ka nishaan mitana bahut hi kathin kaam hain. Lekin nimbu ki sahayta se iski safaai bahut hi asaan hain, Kyonki is board par paani aur saabun ka koi asar nahi hota hain. To sabziyo aur meat ko katne ke baad chopping board par thoda sa namak chhidkar usay Nimbu ke saath ghise. Chand minto mein saare daag-dhabbe door ho jayenge.

Nimbu Paani Peene ke fayde :- 


Nimbu paani se sharir ko kai fayde hote hain. Skin ki khoobsurati badhti hain, Sharir ko energy milti hain. Itna hi nahi isse pachan tantra theek rahta hain. Ise har mausam mein piya ja sakta hain. Yeh sabhi season mein sharir ko fayda pahuchata hain. Janiye Nimbu paani peene ke kya fayde hote hain.

1. Immune system ko theek rakhta hain. 

Nimbu Pani sharir ke immune system ke liye faydemand hota hain. Yeh Acidity aur gastric problems mein pet ko bahut aaraam dilaata hain. Saath hi, Pet ko tamam Infection se bhi bachata hain. Nimbu mein Vitamin C aur Ascorbic Acid hota hain, jisse pet theek rahta hain. Ismein tamam Anti- Inflammatory tatv hote hain, jo pet mein maujood bacteria se ladte hain aur Sardiyo mein khansi jukam se bachate hain.

 9. Saanso ki badboo ko door karta hain

Nimbu moonh ke bacteria ko maarta hain. Jisse saanso ki badboo door hoti hain. Nimbu ke sewan se moonh se judi anek prakar ki problems bhi door hoti hain. Isme mauzood Citric Acid daanto ke liye bahut hi faydemand hain. Brush karne ke baad 1 Glass Nimbu ka ras peene se daanto ki chamak aur tazagi bani rahti hain.
