MuliAaj ham aapko muli ke baare mein bata rahe hain. Jyadatar log muli ko mamuli si sabzi mante hain aur ise khana jaroori nahi samjhate hain. 2. Blood pressure ko sahi rakhna 

Muli Anti-Hypertensive hoti hain jo High blood pressure ko control karne ka kaam karti hain. Muli mein potassium hota hain jo sharir mein Sodium aur potassium ke level ko sahi rakhta hain.



3. Sugar hone par 

Sharir mein insulin ki matra badhne par hi sugar badhta hain. Diabetes ke mareez ko mittha khane aur pachane mein dikkat hoti hain. Aise mein diabetes ke mareez muli ko jaroor khaye. Isse Insulin nahi badhega aur Sugar level control mein rahega.


4. Wajan kam karne ke liye 

Muli mein kam calorie hoti hain aur fiber adhik matra mein hota hain. 100 Gram Muli mein 16 Calorie hoti hain. Agar aap dieting kar rahe hain to muli jaroor khaye.



5. Asthma ke mareez ke liye

9. Daanto ki chamak ke liye 

Muli khane se raktvikaar door hote hain. Skin ke Daad-dhabbe hatate hain. Daanto par peelapan ho to Muli ke tukde par Nimbu ka ras lagakar Daanto par dheere-dheere malne se daant saaf ho jate hain. Iske alawa, Muli ko chhote-chhote tukde kaat kar Nimbu ka ras mila kar dheere-dheere chabaye. Thodi der baad ise ugal de. Aisa niyamit karne se daanto par chadhi peeli parat hat jati hain.

10. Kidney ko healthy banaye rakhne ke liye 

Muli mein diuretic gun hote hain, Jo kidney ko healthy rakhne mein madad karta hain. Muli body se gande padarath ko bahar nikalne mein madad karta hain. Isse body ander se saaf rahti hain.
