1. Healthy Heart ke liye :-  Moongfali mein monosaturated aur polysaturated fat paya jata hain. Jo healthy heart ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain. In dono ki balance matra cholesterol level ko control karti hain. Yeh kharab cholesterol ko kam karke sharir ke liye jaroori cholesterol ke production ko badhati hain.
