Litchi, Lichi ya Leechee Khane ke fayde (Benefits of Lychee)

LichiGarmiyo ke mausam mein Lichi bade hi chaav se khaye jane wala fruit hain. Iska scientific naam bhi Litchi chinensis hain. China, Taiwan aur South East Asia ke kam uchaai wale jagaho par Litchi ki kheti ki jati hain. Ande ka aakaar liye lichi meethi aur naram hoti hain. Iska beej bahut bada hota hain. 



India mein Leechee ki kheti khastaur par Muzaffarpur , Bihar aur North India ke kai states mein hoti hain. Lekin sirf Muzaffarpur mein hi 75% tak Lichi ki paidawaar hoti hain. 


Litchi (Leechee, Lichi se hone wale fayde)

1. Cancer

Lichi mein cancer se ladne wale kai tatv paye jate hain. Iske gude mein Flavonoids ghatak aur janlewa cancer bimaari se bachaate hain.
