1. Kam kare Cholesterol 


Khajoor mein kisi prakar ka koi cholesterol nahi paya jata hain. Yani ki ise khane se motapa nahi badhta hain. Ise khane se sirf heart hi nahi balki puri body fit rahti hain. Per 100 Gram khajoor mein 1.6 gram fiber paya jata hain. Jo blood se cholesterol ki matra ko kam karta hain. Yeh kai prakar ki dil ki bimariyon se bachata hain.

2. Protein ka khazana

8. Pet ke cancer se bachata hain


Ise khane se koi side-effect nahi hota hain, Balki fayde ke liye rozana iska sewan bahut hi labhkari hota hain. Khane ki aniyamta pet ki kai bimariyon ka karan hoti hain.
