High Blood PressureKai baar achanak se kamjori hone lagti hain aur tabiyat kharab ho jati hain. Aise mein apne blood pressure ka dhyaan rakhna bahut hi jaroori hain. Agar aapko high blood pressure ki samsya hain to aapko yeh janana chahiye ki is problem mein kya khana chahiye aur kya nahi khana chahiye. 



High Blood pressure ki problem mein sabse pahle aapko apne khan-pan mein in cheezo ko shamil karna chahiye. 

1. Blood pressure badhne par aap Calcium, Magnesium aur Potassium ki bharpoor matra mein upyog kare, Yeh Doodh, Hari Sabziya, Daal, Santra , Badam aur sitaphal mein milte hain. 


2. Soup, Salad, Khatte phal, Nimbu pani, Nariyal Pani, Kale chane, Lobiya, Alsi, Soya aadi khana faydemand hain. 

3. Din bhar mein 10 Glass paani piye. 

4. Omega-3 wali cheeze jaise Akhrot, Badam aur alsi aadi khaye.

5. Rojana 5-7 Badam aur 3-4 Akhrot khaye. Is Guidelines ko American Heart institute ke saath saath Indian National Cancer institute ne bhi saraha hain.


High blood pressure mein in cheezo se kare parhez

1. Namak kam khaye. Din mein 1/2 chammach namak kafi hain. 

2. Table Salt (Khane mein upar se baar-baar namak dalna) ka istemal na kare.

3. Sauce, Aachaar, chutney, Azinomoto, Baking Powder aadi se parhez kare. Papad bhi bina namak wali khaye. 

4. Packed food ya frozen items naa khaye. Inme preservative hote hain aur namak bhi jyada matra mein hota hain.
