7. 250 Gram kheere ke ras din mein 3-4 baar peena chahiye. Kheere ke ras mein 1 chammach shahad aur 1/2 chammach nimbu milakar peene se sharab ka nasha utar jata hain. 


8. Diabetes aur blood pressure mein kheera khana bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Kheere ka ras Pancreas ko active karta hain. Pancreas ke   active ho jane par insulin banta hain. Jisse diabetes control mein rahti hain. 


9. Garmiyon mein sharir ke tapman ko ek saman rakhne ke liye Kheera aur ajawain ka ras milakar piye. Bukhaar hone par kheere ka juice faydemand hota hain. 


10. Jin ladkiyon ko masik dharm mein bahut jyada preshani hoti hain, ve dahi mein kheere ko kaskar usme pudina, kala namak, kali mirch, zeera aur Heeng dalkar rayta banakar khaye. Aaram milega.


11. Kapde par agar daag-dhabba lag gya ho to usay saaf karne ke liye kheera bahut hi labhkari hota hain. Daag-dhabbo par kheere ka ras laga kar kuch der ke liye chhod de. Phir kapda dhoye, Daag mit jayega.
