Note :- Doodh mein mithas ke liye Chini na daale,  meetha doodh cough ka karak hota hain. Chini (Sugar) milakar doodh peene se calcium khatm ho jata hain. Agar meethe ki jaroorat ho to Shahad, Munakka ya Mishri daale. 

Garam garam doodh peene ke fayde 

1. Protein ka uttam source :- Garm Doodh protein aur vitamin ka natural source hain. Isliye ise apni rojana diet mein shamil kare. Agar aapko majboot maanspeshiya chahiye to rojana breakfast mein doodh jaroor piye.

2. Calcium ki kami ko pura kare :- Agar aapke daant sensitive hain to Garam doodh aapko jaroor fayda pahuchayega. Garam doodh mein Calcium, Iodine aur phosphorus paya jata hain jo daanto aur masoodo ko majbooti pradan karta hain. Bhojan ke beech mein garam doodh peene se daanto ki coating barkarar rahti hain. 


3. Tanaav kam kare :- Jis din aapko lage ki aap jyada tanaav mein hain to, Turant Garam doodh pee le, isse aap relax ho jayenge. Garam doodh maanspeshiyo aur nerves ko tension free kar deta hain.

7. Acchi neend dilaye :- Kai logo ko din bhar thakne ke baad bhi neend nahi aati hain. Aise mein ek glass garam doodh sone se pahle piye. Isme Amino Acid hota hain jo dimaag ko shant karta hain aur neend lene mein sahayak hota hain. 

8. Gale ke dard ko door kare :- Agar gale mein dard hain aur thand lag gyi hain to doodh ek dawa ke roop mein kaam karta hain. Yeh gale mein infection paida karne wale bacteria ko maarta hain aur dard se rahat dilata hain. 


9. Sharir mein paani ki kami ko pura kare : - Garam doodh sharir ko puri tarah se recharge karta hain. Agar aap Jim se sidhe exercise karke aate hain to Garam doodh jaroor piye. Isse sharir mein electrolyte ki kami puri hogi aur sharir turant hydrate hoga.


10. Kabz ko door kare :-  Raat ko sone se pahle ek cup Garam doodh jaroor piye. Agar aap bhayankar kabz ki bimari se preshan hain to aap garam doodh mein Isabgol ki bhusi ko mila kar piye.
