FishFish mein sehat se jude kai saare tatv maujood hote hain. Ise khana sirf sehat ke liye nahi balki skin aur baalo ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hota hain. Low Calorie wali fish mein bahut sara protein maujood hota hain, jo Dimaag ke liye bhi accha hain.
