Diabetes
Diabetes ke rogiyo ki sankhya puri duniya mein tezi ke saath badh rahi hain. Bharat mein 4.5 Crore log diabetes ke shikar hain. Diabetes hone ka mukhya karan asantulit Khan-pan, Masnik tanav, Motapa, Kasrat ki kami ya anuvanshik hain. Diabetes rog mein carbohydrate aur glucose ka oxikaran puri tarah se nahi ho pata hain. 



Diabetes se pidit logo ko is par control karne ke liye aur khatm karne ke liye kuch baaton ka dhyaan rakhna bahut hi jaroori ho jata hain. Jaise khan-pan aur diet ka plan taiyaar kare. Saath hi hamesha sharirik roop se active rahe. Samay-samay par blood ke sugar level ki jaanch karvate rahe aur iska record banakar rakhe. 


Yeh ek aisi samsya hain jis par control sharir ko chust-drust aur active bana kar hi kiya ja sakta hain. 

Aadi wasiyon ki maane to kuch desi nuskhe aise bhi hain jo diabetes ko hamesha control mein rakhte hain. Chaliye jante hain aise hi desi nuskhe ke baare mein jo diabetes yani ki madhumeh ko control mein rakhte hain. 


1. Aadiwashi Kathal ke patto ka ras ka sewan karne ki salah Madhumeh (diabetes) rogiyo ko dete hain. 


2. Gujarat ke dang district ke aadiwasi Bael aur Sitaphal patto ka churan ko saman matra mein milakar 1 Chammach matra mein diabetes ke mareezo ko dete hain. Ve mante hain ki yeh nuskha Ramban ki tarah kaam karta hain. 


3. Aadiwasiyo ke ansusaar Neem ke gulabi komal patto ko chaba kar ras chusne se diabetes mein aaram milta hain. 


4. Chui Mui ki 100 Gram pattiyo ko 300ml Paani mein ubalkar kadha bana le. Yeh kadha peene se diabetes mein bahut jyada rahat milti hain.


5. Giloy Churan ko 15 Gram matra mein Ghee milakar sewan kare. Yeh nuskha diabetes ke control ke liye bahut hi kargar hain.


6. Daibetes ke mareez ke liye din charya ka balance hona jaroori hain. Subah jaldi uthkar Exercise, Yoga ke alawa walk, Cycling, Swimming jaise kaam bahut hi faydemand hote hain. Din bhar khud ko busy rakhna madhumeh se niptane ka yantra hain. Iske alawa kuch desi nuskhe ajmakar is rog par kafi had tak kaboo paya ja sakta hain. 


7.  Bhindi ka powder (5 Gram), Elaichi (5 Gram), Dal-chini ki chhaal (3 Gram) aur Kali Mirch (5 dane) ko koot kar mishran taiyaar karle. Is Mishran ke teen hisse kar ke rojana din mein teen baar gun gune paani mein mila kar sewan kare. 


8. Aadi wasiyo ke anusaar , 2 Gram Daal chini churan aur 1 Laung ubale paani mein dal kar dhak de. 15 Minutes baad is paani ko piye. Rojana 2 baar subah-shaam aisa karne se tezi se diabetes par control kiya ja sakta hain. Aadiwasiyo ke anusaar , Jinhe akasar haat-pair mein sujan ki shikayat rahti ho aur aniyantrit Sugar rahti ho, Unhe yeh nuskha jaroor ajmana chahiye.


9. Gujarat ke aadiwasiyo ke anusaar , 50 Gram Giloy ka taza ras har roz  din mein 2 baar le. Yeh diabetes mein faydemand hota hain. 


10. Kachchi  Farasbeen ki phaliyo ko khanse se sugar kafi had tak control ho jati hain. Farasbeen ko kam tel mein aadha kachcha rah jaye tab tak pakaye. Inhe chabane se diabetes control mein rahti hain. Modern Science bhi Farasbeen ki faliyo ko Diabetes control karne ke liye upyogi manta hain. 


11. Farasbeen aur patta gobhi ke ras ko milakar sewan karne se bhi Diabetes control mein rahti hain.
