Ghee
Desi ghee ka istemal Bharat mein kewal khane ke liye nahi balki puja-paath aadi mein bhi kiya jata hain. Ghar ki shuddhi ke saath hi ise khana bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Rojana khane mein phalo aur sabziyo ka sewan nahi kar paa rahe hain, to Dopahar aur raat ko khane mein ghee ka pryog kare. Ghee mein bahut saare aise tatv maujood hote hain, jo sharir ke liye har prakar se labhdayak hote hain. Jante hain Ghee ke fayde ke baare mein.



1. Energy Badhata hain :- Fatty acids ki matra hone ke karan ghee liver ke dwara aasaani se observe ho jata hain. Isse sharir ko kafi saari energy milti hain. Pregnant women se lekar, Bachhon-budhon tak ko khane mein ghee ko shamil karne ki salah di jati hain. Ghee ko khane mein milakar khana, Kisi cheez ko mix karke khana ya anya kisi bhi tarike se khana faydemand hota hain. 

2. Allergy Door karta hain :- Bahut se log jinhe Doodh ka swaad pasand nahi hota aur usme maujood lactose ki matra se unhe allergy hoti hain, vo ghee kha kar un sabhi nutrients ki purti kar sakte hain, jo Milk mein maujood hote hain. Agar pet mein gas ban ne ki samsya hain to Ghee iska behtar upchar hain.  


3. Dil ko healthy rahta hain :- Bahut se log ghee khane se isliye katrate hain, kyonki unhe lagta hain ki isme maujood fat dil ke liye nuksaan dayak hain, Lekin aisa bilkul nahi hain. Isme maujood Omega-3 fatty acid extra cholesterol ki matra ko kam karta hain, jo dil ko healthy rakhne ke saath fat ko bhi control karta hain. 


4. Sujan ki samsya :- Ghee mein paya jana wala butyric acid aisa tatv hain, jise sharir ko sabse jyada jaroorat hoti hain. Research mein yeh baat samne aayi hain, ki Sharir mein hone wale kisi bhi sujan ko kam karne ke liye Butyric Acid sabse jyada faydemand hota hain. Khastaur par gastrointestinal ki samsya mein. Iske saath hi apach aur Ulcerative colitis ki samsya hone par ghee khane ki salah di jati hain. Halaki ki ghee ka upyog purane zamane se hi sujan ki samsya ke ilaj ke liye kiya jata raha hain.


5. Anti-Oxidant ka khazana :- Vitamin A Free Ridicules ko khatm karne ke saath skin ko young rakhta hain. Asamay chehre par dikhne wala budhape ki samsya ko kam karta hain. Jo jyadatar phalo aur sabziyo mein paya jata hain, Lekin Ghee mein Butyric Acid aur linoleic acid ki matra ek behtar Anti-oxidant ka kaam karti hain. Jo cancer hone ki sambhavna ko kam kar deti hain. 


6. Aankho ke liye faydemand :- Ghee mein vitamin A ki pryapt matra maujood hoti hain. Jo aankho ko healthy rakhne ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain. Carotenoids aur Anti-Oxidants ki matra Aankhon mein sukhepan, Paani aana, Motiyabind, ki samsyaon se chhutkara dilati hain. Aankhon mein dhool aadi jane par doctor ghee lagane ki salah dete hain. 


7. Balon ke liye faydemand :- Aapko jankar hairaani hogi, lekin yeh sach hain ki Ghee ko balo mein lagana bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Tel ki jagah Ghee ko kuch dino tak balo ki jado mein lagaye. Kuch hi dino mein fark nazar aane lagega. Ghee balo ko ander se nutrition deta hain, Jisse baal majboot hone ke saath saath lambe aur ghane ho jate hain. 


8.Immune system ko sahi rakhta hain :- Butyric Acid ki sabse jyada matra Ghee mein payi jati hain, Jo body ke T Cells ko banane mein madadgaar hota hain. Isse sharir mein kai prakar ke rogo se ladne ki takat aa jati hain. Sardi, Khansi jaise viral infection se ladne ke liye bhi Ghee bahut hi kargar hain.
