Loose motionDaudti-bhagti lifestyle ke chalte khan-pan mein laparwahi akasar dast (Loose Motion) ki samsya paida karti hain. Shadiyon aur partiyo mein khan-pan ki badi samsya ho sakti hain. Khan-pan mein parhez aur Saaf safai se hi is samsya se jyadatar nijat paya ja sakta hain. Dast ya Diarrhea hone par kuch gharelu nuskhe ko apnya ja sakta hain. Aaiye dekhte hain aise hi kuch desi nuskhe. 



1. Sitaphal :- Sitaphal ki pattiyo ka kadha taiyaar ka din mein 4 baar lene se dast mein tezi se aaram milta hain. Kadha banane ke liye 20 Gram Pattiyo ko 100ml paani mein tab tak ubale jab tak yeh aadha na ho jaye. Phir is kadhe ko chhankar rogi ko pilaye.


2. Sindoori paudhe ki chhal :- Sindoori paudhe ki chhal (50 Gram) ko 250 Gram paani mein 15 minutes ke liye ubale aur thanda hone par chhankar pilaye, Dast mein aaraam milega. Iska sewan din mein 3 baar do din tak kiya jana chahiye. 


3. Kewkand : -   Kewkand ke kand (5Gram) ko kuchalkar isme swaad anusaar dhaniya aur adarak mila kar khane se dast mein kafi aaram milta hain. Lagatar dast hone par ise din mein kam se kam 4 baar lena chahiye. Teji se aaram milta hain aur kamjori bhi door hoti hain. 



4. Tendu :- Herbal jankaro ke anusar Tendu ke kacche phalo ke sewan se dast mein aaram milta hain. Subah-sham tendu ka 1 kachcha phal chabane se pet dard aur dast, dono mein fayda hota hain. 


5. Kokam :- Dast hone par Kokam ke phalo ka churan (10 Gram) ek glass thande doodh mein mila kar peene se aaram milta hain. Jankaro ke anusaar Kokam ke saath Doodh hamesha thanda hi lena chahiye. Kyonki garm doodh hone par doodh kharab ho jata hain, Jo aapko nuskaan pahucha sakta hain. 


6. Maror Phali : - Maror phali ka churan taiyaar kar , Usme swaad anusaar adarak aur kala namak mila kar faankne se dast mein kafi aaram milta hain. 


7. Kurchi :- Jyada dast hone par Kurchi ki chhal ka kadha bana kar rogi ko din mein do se teen baar diya jana chahiye. Herbal jankaro ke anusaar dast ko khatm karne ke liye kurchi ek badhiya herbal nuskha hain. 

8.  Alsi : - Alsi ke beejo ko kachcha chabane se bhi dast mein kafi aaraam milta hain. Kareeb 3 Gram alsi ke kachche beejo ko din mein 5-6 baar chabana chahiye. Mana jata hain ki dast aur haiza jaisi samsya ke roktham ke liye yeh kafi kargar hain. 


9. Aam aur Bael ke ped ki chhal ka kadha taiyaar karke , usme shahad aur shakkar mila kar rogi ko din mein 5 se 6 baar dete rahe. Mana jata hain ki dast ki tezi se roktham ke liye yeh nuskha kafi asardayak hota hain. 


10. Pakke huye kele mein bhuni hui Ajwain mila kar din mein 4-5 baar khane se Loose Motion mein kafi teji se aaraam milta hain. Agar kele aur ajwain ke saath Sitaphal (Sarifa) ki pattiyo ko bhi chaba li jaye, to aur bhi tezi se aaram milta hain.
