BeetrootKya aapne apni diet mein Beetroots (Chukkandar) ka istemal kiya hain ? shayad aapko yeh pasand naa ho. 1. Kabz hone par 

Beetroot mein fiber hone se pet se judi samsyaye khatm ho jati hain. Ise roj khane se pet sahi rahta hain aur toxins bahar nikal jate hain.

Chukandar mein ghulne wala fiber, flavonoids aur betacyanin hota hain. Betacyanin ki wajah se Chukkander ka rang lal hota hain. Isme anti-oxidant hota hain. Anti-oxidants hone ki wajah se LDL Cholesterol kam hota hain. Jo dil ki bimariyo aur stroke se bachata hain.
