Ananas Khane ke fayde (Benefits of PineApple)

Yeh tasty hone ke saath healthy bhi hota hain. Ananas mein kai saare phalo ke gun paye jate hain. Market mein milne wale Pineapple ka swaad khatta-meetha hota hain. Garmiyo mein ise khana aur iska juice peena bahut hi jyada faydemand hota hain. 


Aaiye jante hain Ananas (Pineapple) khane ke fayde:-

1. Free Radicals damage ko rokta hain
